There wasn't anything.

We were very happy that the place was very well stocked with cleaning items and toilet paper. We loved that we were given a complementary water bottle. We also loved that they had pulled out all sofa beds for us already with sheets and blankets. Very nice touch. The place was also in a great location to many amenities and the bus was really close so it made it really easy to travel get around.

The keyless entry to the building was very finicky and on more than one occasion we were locked out. This has to be looked at as we could have conceivably be locked out all night.

The apartment was spacious. Well located on los romblas but there was significant construction that reduced our enjoyment.

Sleep sofas were hard to sit on when made into a sofa and chair. Otherwise, nice apartment.

Great location, We were on the top floor. For the location, the room was quiet. There was plenty of room throughout the apartment. As this was our first full week, we were able to wash and dry our clothings using the wash machine and cloths rack.

Check in and information was shared prior to arrival, location - right on a main alleyway - opposite Placa Reial, just off La Rambla, very clean and well equipped - tea/coffee, oil, salt and pepper, lift in working condition. Booking for three and apartment easily accommodated us. Double glazing kept out noise.

The place was very noisy. The staircase was echoing the steps of the people, who by the way, were running up and down, even around 3AM, the street was also very loud I'm the early morning due to cleaning and other facility management. Also, cleaning could be improved especially under the beds.

Location was perfect, service was fluent and efficient. Room was spacious and we'll equipped,. including full kitchen and even washing machine. Very good places in the neighborhood.

Not sufficient toiletries for 3 adults and only a few coffee pods . For the money you charge , a box of coffee pods would be nice. Also a bit dirty the couches . However , location is great so you can always win.

Great location in the center of the old city.We absolutely loved Barcelona. We were so tired of walking through the city that we didn't hear the noise. By the way, it is normal to be noisy because this is the center of the city with bars ,restaurants, and people. The staff were very helpful 🤗We recommend this place.

Everything was actually great, except for the noise from the street - surprisingly not the main street, but a minor street where some boxes were being set up at 11 pm. I slept with stopwatches, but it still didn't help much. Staff 10/10.

The check in was terrible and trouble. There are no physical keys.we waited outside a lot of time. Everyone has to have smart phone because the doors open via app.

In the centre of the old city. That is perfect. Near restaurants and shops and super market. You can stroll by foot.

Room equipment needs to be refreshed. Very strange check-in, first available only online (after all, I have to provide sensitive data) and then via links!! in the messages (maybe there should be a check in kiosk?). Fortunately, good contact with the staff and we did it in the room. The rest is in other opinions & I agree with them.

Location was directly above a sports bar which was very noisy especially on Friday. The area area was noisy but that goes with the city location which we expected. Need to have name of apartment outside the building so easier to locate. Only number was there which wasn’t clear.
