However, we are deeply concerned about the cleanliness issues you described and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. It is very disappointing to learn that the general cleanliness of the hotel, including the hallways, elevator, common areas, and the pool, did not meet your expectations. Additionally, we regret that your room showed signs of wear and had maintenance issues, such as mold in the bathroom, a broken shower door, and noise disturbances from the breakfast preparations. Your feedback is invaluable as it helps us identify areas where we need to improve.
