Clean

Beds are not comfortable, you sink in them. Bad for your back.

Food and cocktails in restaurant were good. Pool was nice and the young lady on the pool bar was lovely.

The hotel lost power the first night, no air con,no running water until 8am next morning. Had to sleep with balcony door wide open as over 30 degrees. No apology from staff or offers of discount. Very noisy first night as people partying in street till 6am. Better second night.

Cheap and nasty - full of German drunks

Tacky - breakfast is awful and rooms are plastic from top to bottom

Heated swimming pool not working. Freezing cold. Spa not working. Not advised when I booked. I would have choose an other hotel if I knew. . As the weather wasn't exceptional. Shower not always hot, if you wanted hot. At the checkout, the only question was if we used the minibar... Any apologies about the lack of services.. Don't buy the cocktail spheres.. waste of money and they serve it on a paper tissue.. I ordered a Cuba libre and got ice and lemon in the glass.. A 4 star hotel.... 🤦🏻‍♂️ I will not recommend this hotel to be honest..

Room was clean

If you're after the full "Temu" experience—confusing, chaotic, and oddly aggressive—this hotel has you covered. From unclear instructions about a sketchy external payment link (followed by booking cancellation threats) to total radio silence when calling them for help, the disaster started before I even arrived. Despite advertising as adults-only, the vibe is more drunk teenager hangout than serene. Everyone, business attire or not, gets hit with a printed rule list and a stern lecture from a night time receptionist who’s never cracked a smile, learned to multitask, let alone read a room. The rooms themselves were fine, but the false advertising, absurd house rules, and downright rude service (“Read this.” “Yes, Go to your room.” “You must spend money here if you want to eat.”) left me wondering if I was on a hidden camera show. Flying in freshly off a tourism convention, I genuinely felt embarrassed—for the hotel. Unless you’re nostalgic for being scolded by a joyless authority figure, do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else.

The hotel was in a good location, easy to find, it was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room, it was a bit dirty, the towels under the sink were wet The elevator was not working at the time I was leaving.

Plenty of selection

Hotel is comfortable, there’s a lovely friendly italian women who works at the pool bar, the hotel is in a good location in regards to the beach but it is very very busy and lively. Breakfast has a lot of choice and something for everyone from hot food, continental, cereals, fruit and sweet pastries.

It depends on what type of holiday you’re going for, it’s in a very lively area. We planned a romantic break which it isn’t the correct area for that so just do your research of the area more than we did. There is a huge “bierkeller” type bar directly next door which is open 10am-4am and can attract a lot of groups including hen/stag parties for example. The hotel is essentially on a strip of bars/male clubs/fast food chains.

Location, possibility to keep luggage in storage and to shower after check-out , the breakfast was great.

It was a bit loud , since the windows are in the direction of the street.

Only had one night here, I found the room to be really big, modern and clean.

Very noisy at night with other guests in the hotel up until midnight. Didn't love the location, just not my vibe though!

Right across the street from the beach. Nice pool area. Included nice breakfast in the restaurant. Nice multilingual staff. 10 minutes from airport.

Very noisy neighborhood right next to night clubs, loud music and crowds til late night, German tourists party area. The restaurant on the ground floor is also a lounge by night, pumping beats until midnight. All good if that is your thing, but definitely not the quiet beach relaxation place. Hotel seems nice and modern but the room was very basic, outdated, small, and missing normal necessities. Also very far from historic downtown.
