The roof top pool, It was close to camp nou,and very walkable to restaurants and shops.

The AC is fixed/controlled and set at a certain setting so the room was basically a sweat lodge. It was so hot some nights that it was difficult to sleep. Very very very warm.

The balcony and pool view were sublime. The staff was friendly and the food was good.

The room was a little lacklustre and dull n dark I had a broken sink where the plug didn’t lift up and it took a while to get sorted and no offer to move room.

By far and away the best feature is the amazing roof top pool and bar area. Fab views and the most amazing time to catch the sun rays

The front desk receptionist (a male) on day one of our trip was a bit moody and cold. Certainly not a welcome we expected. I need to mention, the rest of the days were fantastic.

Our room was not clean upon arrival, and one night a stranger entered our room due to a reception mistake. The hotel could use some maintenance, and for the price paid I expected a bit more.

The pool was great for my daughters, the rooftop terrace has a beautiful view of the city, and the location is excellent with easy access to public transport. The staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would still consider coming back.

Room is too small. Difficult to store your luggage. Hotel is old. No water cooker in the room. Water in the fridge had to paid for. I would expect complimentary bottles of water in such a warm climate. This is an NH hotel, but I have stayed at much better NH hotels.

Breakfast was good. I liked that you can order any type of prepared egg.

The rooms are small and not a lot of spaces to move around. It was a bit expensive for it's value.

A few things can surely improve for the hotel, given the stature of NH as a chain. I was on the 10th floor, in a single room, which was not fully soundproof. I could hear traffic noises at night. The shower in the bathroom can also be better, in terms of the flow and water quality. Otherwise, I am decently happy with the facilities.

It is a nice business hotel in a very convenient location. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Breakfast has a decent spread too. The room was spacious for a single room, and the bathroom was really clean. I did not use the facilities like the swimming pool or gym, but it was good to see them available. Good public transport connection with multiple bus stops nearby and a metro station within 5 minutes walking distance.

The staff at the reception was very supportive and friendly. Even so my room was not renovated or very modern or very spacious, I felt very comfortable the whole stay. I did not have breakfast at the hotel but went to bars or coffee shops only 1 min away. There is a supermarket really next door. 5 min walk to the next metro station. Terrace bar 9th floor. Very small pool 10th floor.

worst thing was location to city centre, but once you get your bearings, everything is OK. hop on hop off bus is nearby within easy walking distance.

this was a street front room and of course the street noise was able to permeate the double glazed windows, but not anything exceptionally bad.

I was not informed in advance that the mini bar items would be charged. I only found out during checkout that even water and soft drinks were added to the bill. The prices were also much higher than regular supermarket prices.
