Spaces in the underground parking garage were a little snug.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Salamanca. Well appointed good size room with comfortable bed. Nice breakfast served in basement dining room. Easy to navigate to by car in spite of being inside the old town.

I didn’t like that there is no fan in the bathroom.

I like the location. The breakfast was excellent. I have stayed in other Sercotel hotels in Spain and I prefer it to other hotels .

Car park was a nightmare. Scraped my car on the wall trying to get out before the iron gate closed on me. Added 250e to the 1 night stay. Staff should have helped me get it such a tight entrance. They knew I had a large 4x4.Its a great place to stay if you don't have a large car.

The location of the hotel, next to Salamanca's main points of interest is absolutely fabulous. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, the room comfortable, and having a parking space in the building really is a bonus. The only drawbacks were: - breakfast room located in basement without windows, but there are many nearby street cafés where we could do breakfast – it would be nice to have an espresso machine in the bedroom – we would have appreciated to be explained the parking location and that way to access it In the reservation confirmation We will certainly stay there when we come back to Salamanca and have recommended it to our friends

Honestly … it was excellent!

It was only 1 night but everything was perfect! The staff, the room, breakfast and the location! We traveled with a dog and we got a dog bed and 2 gifts! Fantastic!!!

Excellent Hotel ideally located in front of the cathedral. Ideally located to explore the city. Nearby to all attractions the city has to offer and still quiet and cosy, allowing you to rest. Friendly employees. Rich Breakfast Buffet. Underground garage for the car with direct access to the hotel. Large and comfortable rooms.

Location excellent. A very modern hotel with all the facilities you need. Staff very helpful. Breakfast to please all palates. We took our dog and he was given his bed and water bowl plus a small present. Liked the fact we also was given a pack of small biscuits. Will be going back. Beautiful view of the Cathedral

Getting in and out of the car park was a little tricky!

Unbelievable location, right next to the cathedral. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff were very nice. Room was lovely very comfortable. We will definitely be back.

This is a thing in Spain, I think, because I encountered it in other hotels - no electrical plugs in the bathroom. So to use my hair straightener, I had to go in the hallway which had the nearest plug near a mirror. Not a big deal at all! Just a mention.

We drove to the location and immediately the fact that we could park right underneath the hotel was a big plus. The location of the hotel was ideal. It was right next to the old cathedral and right in the middle of the historic center, near restaurants, etc. It was great being able to walk back to the hotel easily during the day. The room was incredibly spacious. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the cathedral which made it very special. The bathroom was also spacious and beautiful. All in all it was one of our best stays while visiting Spain.

We liked everything.

Excellent location, right next to the cathedral, yet quiet at night. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and renovated. The hotel is easy to get to and the parking is a plus.
