Not the hotels fault but the nearest metro station was closed so getting into the old part of Valencia took a while longer and meant changing trams

Room was basic but very clean. Breakfast was superb. Proximity to the aquarium, modern exhibition museums etc was a bonus, Short walk to the port. Underground parking was a bonus.

The AC in the rooms took a little while to cool the rooms down as they were off a central system as opposed to a unit per room. However, that is being picky.

Nice location, close enough to walk into the city and to the beach. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable beds. Can’t ask for too much more for a group trip. Free beer if you didn’t have room service for the day which suited us.

Only two small negatives - we initially picked the hotel as t was on the metro - but the metro was closed for the summer months for refurbishment. Not the hotels fault! This pushed us towards the buses which were brillant. Hotel bar was very quite and not open often.

The room was not homey They put us in a inside facing room wuth 0 light, we could not tell if it was day or night. It was a little old aswell. The room had very bad isolation and was next to a water pump(?). It was constant noise of water and everything else outside the room.

The location is good, it is 10 minutes by bike to the beach and 15 minutes to the centre. There was alot of toiletries and towels. There was a market and everything you need nearby.

When I booked it told me I could choose between twin beds or a double. When we arrived they told us the double bed was another €40 ... I will book an apartment in future. The room wasn't very big. The TV wasn't a smart TV so very limited choice to watch in English

I think air con in room 302 may need a service, it feel it smelt a bit musty, although didn't report this, as not a big issue.

I know that I ticked that I prefer quiet room but the view to the small inner roofed yard was strange and without privacy. Sometimes noise - I heard phone call from the room next to me, door bangs etc.

Excellent breakfast! Looooot of options. Lange room and bathroom, well equiped - air-conditioner, fridge, hairdryer, safe. Kind staff. Good location - quite near to the beach, not so far from city centre. Near to metro station /going to city center and airport/ but is was not operating during summer 2025. Near to supermarket, drugstore, pharmacy etc. Huge shopping centre few minutes from the hotel. Very clean room.

Very slow check in process maybe due to the new Spanish policy, I booked the hotel because of the parking but it was full. Gym is tiny, the place is overpriced for what I received

Breakfast is brill. Everything you can think of (except good British 'cuppa') Also, like the location. It is less than 15 minutes by bus to the Centre and less than 10 minutes by bus to the Port / Beach. The buses are frequent and travel card worked a perfect treat.

The location if the hotel is conforteble to get easily in all the main turistica attraction of Valencia. The nearer bus stop allows you to take the bus and with you can go everywere in Valencia in a few minutes.

Drinks in the mini fridge were 4 euro each, without any price listed anywhere. The water pressure in the shower was really low at times and the temperature was difficult to adjust precisely. The location is far away from the city center.

Nothing so relevant!

I was visiting Valencia for work. Strategic position for the city centre, the port and the university, you are 25 minutes in distance to reach all these places. Well served with public transport and 5min walking to the metro for the airport. The hotel has a small but very useful gym, and a nice hall where you can spend time and work. The breakfast is great, the staff too. The rooms are spacious and clean and have all the essentials you need.

Maybe a coffee machine in the room would be a nice addition, however the amount of bar nearby the Hotel definitely helps with that

The location of the Hotel is at the perfect distance from the beach, the center and the Ciudad de las Artes y de la Ciencias; super close to a metro stop as well if walking is not your thing. Bonus point for the Hotel gym which is much better than most hotel gyms.

The only thing I didn’t like was having to ring the bell to enter the parking area on foot, and the sensor not detecting the car when exiting. Also, the beds could have been more comfortable

All the staff were always friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank Claudia at the reception. She answered all my questions sincerely and was very helpful to me. The cleaning service was very good, the room was spotless every day. Breakfast was nice.

However, several issues need improvement. The room furniture is very old, and the plastic furniture on the terrace feels cheap—not what you'd expect from a hotel in this chain. The terrace itself lacked charm; even a simple plant could have made it more inviting. The bed was only 90 cm wide, which is far too small for an adult and unacceptable given the price of the room. There was no courtesy tray (no kettle, tea, or coffee), and no complimentary bottle of water on arrival. The quality of the breakfast food was very low-end, despite the good service. In the room, there was no phone number available to contact reception. Lastly, there was no dedicated space to freshen up or change after check-out, which is inconvenient for guests with evening flights.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found a few positive aspects: the room was quiet, clean, and had a small terrace, which was nice. The breakfast staff were also attentive and welcoming.

The building is very old and needs total renovation. It is not soundproof and I woke up several time because of people talking in their rooms or someone in the hallway. Amenities and facilities in the rooms need to be replaced with the new ones.

The best thing about the property was their employees, all of them were very helpful and friendly. Even though we booked a standard room, it was quite spacious and perfect for two people. On the first floor there is a small cafeteria where you can watch football in the evening. The location is also ok, 30-40 minutes walking distance to both - the beach and the city center, very close to the metro station (direct line from the airport). Overall, good value for money
