How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Verified reviewA stunning finca location in the heart of Mallorca away from the beaches and tourists surrounded by the hotel's vineyards and olive trees. A lovely large swimming pool is set in the centre of the property looking out across the beautiful countryside.
Unfortunately for a four star property it just didn't hit the stars. We stayed in a suite which were all located in a separate block away from the property. All the suites were next to each other with their seating area in front of each cottage, which meant there was not much privacy as everyone walked past. Size wise the room was fine with it's own bedroom and living room, but it was void of any luxury. There was one picture hanging in the living room - the rest of the property bare white walls. No mini bar. No products to put in the bath. A kettle that would look happy in a Holiday Inn. It's the little things that matter ... the worse part of our stay was the restaurant. Breakfast was great, no grumbles, but lunch would have been better at Holiday Inn. For lunch it was burgers, pasta, pizza or salad. The pizzas and burgers were frozen, and the salad dressing from a bottle. Very disappointing. Dinner was better but certainly not to four star standard. One silver lining - their own white wine was very good. Finally, the reception staff: we only visited for three nights so came by taxi & planned two dinners in the local town Manacor to visit friends who live there. We asked if they could arrange taxis and they just shrugged saying it was very difficult to organise .. so we organised ourselves through our local friends. Overall: this should be a sensational property but it is not ......

Verified reviewWhat a lovely place to spend a week in Mallorca. The hotel is set on a very large estate full of olive trees and surrounded by miles of countryside as far as the eye can see. The rooms are spacious and clean and everything works as it should. The pool is large and never too busy. It is not particularly deep at any point so good for families, and there was a lifeguard present during the day. The breakfasts are beautiful and the restaurant food is very good. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and the whole place has a lovely peaceful vibe. I would really recommend this hotel as a lovely place to stay.
Nothing really - it's about a 30 minute drive to the nearest beach so you will definitley need a car.

From the very first moment, as you arrive at the long driveway, there’s a distinct feeling that something special awaits. And it truly does. We were warmly welcomed with a chilled glass of Cava and a personal tour of the entire property, where every corner felt thoughtfully curated — from the tranquil pool area and peaceful spa, to the inviting restaurant and, finally, our beautifully cool and impeccably clean room. Cleanliness is something I deeply value, and our room was a perfect 10/10. Every amenity was in place, with complimentary bottles of water waiting for us — a thoughtful touch, especially on a hot day. Just outside the door, a lush green oasis stretched out — I spent over an hour simply wandering among the palms, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere of the resort and the pool area. Absolute bliss. What truly elevated the experience was the exceptional service. From breakfast to lunch, snacks and drinks by the pool, to an unforgettable dinner featuring sea bass baked in salt and a majestic paella — every detail was delivered with care and precision. The staff are wonderfully trained, genuinely kind, and made us feel like part of one big family. In short, I absolutely loved it — so much so that words don’t quite do it justice.
One small suggestion regarding the restaurant hours on Sundays — since the majority of guests (myself included) are here to fully relax and enjoy both lunch and dinner on-site, it would be wonderful to have the option of a meal service available throughout the day.

Verified reviewGreat breakfast with plenty of options, including fresh orange juice. It would be even better with some ice for the juice — I didn’t want to ask. The staff was amazing! Mark was especially helpful and gave us lots of great tips. The place is magical, with stunning views. The welcome drink was a lovely touch to start our stay. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The property is full of flowers and fruit trees, and there are also bikes available for guests. We really enjoyed our stay! As for the location, it’s perfect if you’re planning to visit the nearby villages, but it can be a bit far from the beaches.
We liked and enjoy everything. but, our food choices at the restaurant weren’t great. The sangria had star anise, which gave it a taste we didn’t enjoy. Also, I found it a bit strange to be served shrimp with the head and shell still on — it was messy and not easy to eat. But from what I saw, that seems to be a common way of serving shrimp in Mallorca. but the serves were amazing.

Verified reviewSpacious and peaceful property. The layout of the area is well designed and it’s a perfect sanctuary yet close to the beach and other areas that are more bustling with people. Everything about the location to the meals, the suites, the pool and the small aerobic fitness facility are fabulous. We even had a fantastic massage listening to the birds, wind nature, pond and frogs. A very special little retreat to visit and stay.
