Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesIt was just as I expected, but farther from city center than I might have wanted. Buses were nice, but ran just slightly too infrequently.
It was the least expensive way to do San Fermin. Good people.

United KingdomIf I was 30 years younger, no problem! The staff were amazing, the setup is fantastic (defo for young people) the camp atmosphere is lively to say the least. Definitely would not return (but I’m in my 50’s) but had a great time all the same. Would highly recommend to young travellers wanting the bull run experience 110%
It was very basic. One two man tent to accommodate two males with rucksacks. Floor matting was crap, very uncomfortable sleep.

New ZealandVery expensive for what it is. We paid for a dorm but got a tent, which the airbed was flat the whole time. The staff weren’t that helpful and pretty sure we’re drunk the whole time. Zero information when checking in, not even told where the toilets were.
The facilities were extremely clean, surprisingly clean to be honest. They had someone cleaning the whole time. The pool was a great advantage on a hot day. Transport into pamplona was great and stoke gave info on the bus going into running with the bulls

United StatesFirst of all it was not all inclusive. You had to pay extra for the drinks that they said were included and there was very little food. Camp was far away from town and the choices were very limited. They said there was a free brunch everyday but I never saw it and I can't imagine there was anywhere to prepare anything worth eating. They offered hot dogs and hamburgers and frozen pizzas to purchase. That's all I ever saw
The staff was great. They tried to make it fun and when it came to the actual running of the bulls they were very knowledgeable and helpful. That was the best part of the facilities

United KingdomIt’s 27 km from Pamplona and £60 ish in a taxi to the city . You can buy a bus pass for £5 one way which is fair but it’s too far from the action and the tents are too small I’m 6,4”.
Not very much .

United StatesThere weren't many signs around the campground indicating where to check in or the nearest bathroom. It took us a while to find the check in desk and we ended using the one bathroom we knew of for our entire stay.
The rent, communal bathrooms, and shuttles to and from Pamplona were exactly what we needed! The staff was very helpful and all well versed in English.

United KingdomBathroom & dormitory aren’t the most clean but not too bad. Campsite is quite far from the city centre which is a little inconvenient but the shuttle buses really help! Times of the shuttle buses weren’t the best though.
Really great vibes & lots of fun! Met lots of people similar in age. Staff are friendly, dormitory is basic but not too bad, bathroom is good - showers are really big. Breakfast included was great too!

AustraliaIs 30km away from the town which is annoying, but there are multiple shuttles throughout the day.
Pretty much what you expect. Pay a fair bit of money for just a tent, but at the same time is a lot cheaper than everywhere else. Unreal environment though and very well organised. Unlimited drinks is unbeatable and pool was legendary.
