The rooms are well appointed and stylish, with super king beds. The pool is quiet, with comfortable sun beds. The staff are so kind and helpful, they couldn’t do enough for us. Excellent food for breakfast, by the pool or at the bistro.

Nothing, all wonderful.

Everyone at Son Jaumell was so lovely and helpful. On arrival, our daughter was poorly with an ear infection and they organised a private doctor to visit the hotel for us, he arrived twenty minutes later, prescribed antibiotics for her. They then very kindly offered to pick up the medicine for us, telling us to just relax and enjoy our stay as we were only there two nights. Such thoughtful gestures go a long way. I have to also mention the food - breakfast, lunch and dinner - all absolutely delicious. All the family agreed, this was the best restaurant we ate at on the Island! Our rooms were all beautiful, spacious, comfy and with stunning views. A wonderful serene hotel which I would highly recommend to others. We will definitely return.

No access to drinking water, or help Yourself to coffee and would like more bed pillows. But really this place is a gem!

This is a lovely hotel with a relaxing atmosphere. The pool area is very nice and the restaurant was excellent. We had a large and comfortable room with a very good bathroom. The whole hotel is extremely clean and all the staff were super helpful and friendly.

What's not to like, Predi Son Jaumell is the ultimate place for a family holiday. It was the second time I stayed here and I will come back!

The breakfast is fantastic with en extensive buffé. I stayed in a huge room with a rooftop terrass for my personal use. The rest of the family stayed in Sa Caseta with its private garden, very nice for our 5-year old to run around in.

Air conditioning in the ground floor room didn’t keep the room cool, there was also quite a bit of damp, but this really is to be expected with such old stone (and as mentioned we switched rooms).

Beautiful grounds nestled a short distance from the town - feels remote but isn’t. We encountered an issue the first evening with the room (one of the ground floor rooms), but we were swiftly moved to a different room in the main building and it made all the difference. The rooms are very spacious and everything was clean and considered (the free wine from their vineyard is a lovely touch). The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and eager to help us have the best possible time - including switching our room unexpectedly, and suggesting activities. The bistro food was very good and we loved the breakfast - we found the options did in fact vary day-to-day. We’d certainly recommend this hotel, however, would strongly suggest you request a room in the main building.

Property was absolutely stunning, our room was spacious and super comfortable with lots of nice touches. The highlight was the pool and comfy beds as well as the food which was amazing.

For the amount of money they are asking the service is not there. It misses a personal touch other places are able to give such as remembering preferences at breakfast. We got a bigger and more expensive room than we initially booked which was a nice gesture however, the room was nothing special. Sure it was large, but I had nothing cosy or sophisticated it missed out a lot in the styling deparment, the fine details and also the state of the bathroom was mediocre. Doors where dragging on the floor and there was sand in the room at various locations Don't get met wrong it is nice but it should be half the price. Right now value was really poor. If you are paying over 300 euros a night you expect a better level of service and a more personal touch than a chained 5 star hotel which offers more luxury for a lower price

The place looks nice, its location is okay if you have a car with ample parking space. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good
