Very friendly and quick check in , they gave us good information how to get to the city Center, renovated Hotel in a former industry building, comfortable beds and spacious room, new bathroom, we had a small kitchenette and fridge. Parking lot front of the hotel and for free. Within 4 min there was a bus station and you get to downtown within 20 minutes

All good for just one night

Nice room and clean, easy to park the car

Noise transferrance is quite bad, you can hear everything from other rooms, from snooring to everything else, pretty uncomfortable, so although it was a good room and clean, it's a shame the noise transgerrence as it makes the stay uncomfortable.

The room is clean and fresh.

The pension is situated on an industrial estate. At 07:00 works starts already. Parking space is limited in front of the building.

Good price and free parking . Good mattresses

The rooms are boxes, ventilation not enough, mould in the bathroom and the walls so thin you could here the neighbours talking. The reviews are deceitful

    Nothing

We have never seen a hotel looking so bad in such a terrible bad looking industrial neighbourhood. People staring at us when we parked the car in such a way that we both felt so insecure that we turned around and left. Even after the owner told us the inside is very nice, you can't expect us to have a good night rest when you are afraid your car is gone after you wake up. Refund refused, what a surprise.

Comfortable room, friendly staff; nice large bathroom. The value for money and location questions are subjective; it was quite expensive in comparison with all other places we stayed at during our trip across northern Spain, but if compared with prices closer to the city, it was relatively cheap.

The mattress cover was plastic and unbreathable the kind you get in a hospital, makes you quite sweaty. Other than that no issues.

The outside parking they supposedly offer is full of company cars from the companies in the area. We asked the receptionist where to park as outside was full. She told us to either park further away or pay for the parking inside. 5 minutes later, she came down and offered her parking place to other guests who arrived after us. When confronting her, she offered us free parking inside.

When arriving in the late afternoon, parking is full. The complex smelled of marihuana. No elevator to first floor, or it didn't work.

The room was fine, but the elevator was not working, that was unlucky. The position is ok to visit San Sebastian by car, or one can use a bus which stops nearby. We used the car and found a spot in an inexpensive garage in the center. The parking was quite full, but we managed to find a spot. Overall a good experience. Peaceful at night.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, making them the standout feature of the hotel. We had access to a fully equipped gym and a kitchenette that included a quality induction hot plate along with basic cookware and dishware. The room also featured effective blackout European-style shutters, which helped with light control. The bathroom was large, with sufficient shelving for toiletries and a good shower. The hotel was well connected to central San Sebastián via the BU13 bus, which is affordable (~€2 each way pp cash) and easily accessible. A very large Samsung smart TV with a preloaded Netflix account added a convenient touch for in-room entertainment.

The parking situation was the major issue, as spots reserved for hotel guests were frequently taken by unauthorized vehicles—particularly those from the Loyola Norte company—with no intervention from the hotel. Once parked, we were essentially stuck unless we wanted to risk losing the spot. The hotel is located in a rundown industrial area, which detracts from the overall atmosphere. Sound insulation was poor, allowing noise from neighboring rooms, including snoring and flushing toilets/showering, to be clearly heard. The kitchenette lacked essential utensils like a spatula, chopping board, or drying rack, limiting its usefulness. The room design was awkward, with no desk and an oversized couch occupying valuable space in the kitchen area. Additionally, the shower water temperature fluctuated unpredictably, and the air-conditioning unit emitted an unpleasant smell.
