Perfect location , walking distance to the beach and 20 mn to the airport , surrounded by shops and restaurants

Staff don’t speak any language but spanish, they make you feel like you’re not welcome. They don’t smile at all, the bed doesn’t not have head board , the light goes on and off every time you move on the bed, good for a short stay but if you want to relax it’s not the place for it because it’s quit noisy

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Instead of proper heating, there was only a cold fan in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the electricity went out for several hours, and there was no one at reception to assist the guests. They claimed the entire building was affected, but lights in the corridor and outside hall were still on, which seemed contradictory. Communication was also a major issue as the staff's English proficiency was extremely poor, barely a 1 out of 10. The only redeeming factor about this hotel is its convenient location. However, the windows are not double-glazed, so I could hear outside noise until midnight every night, adding to the discomfort. I would not recommend staying here unless you're desperate for a central location and can overlook these major inconveniences.

good location, reasonable low price

Dirty facilities, like the regrigerator in the room could not be used it was so stinky; places used by guests were not cleaned (only a paper everywhere telling you that you should leave this facility as clean as you found it...) Walls are very thin, you can here literally everything from the neighbour rooms. We demanded non-smoking accomodation, but in this pension, there was only one "non-smoking" room, all the other rooms are allowed to smoke in so we could still smell it everywhere :( Staff does not speak English at all. I indicated our arrival time as asked on booking.com AND they asked me in email, too, so I replied them in email again. They did not reply to my email, and we could not even leave our luggages at the reception until check-in to the room was possible. Only thing they kept on repeating on the phone, was "check-in, three" (that was all they spoke English). Check out was also confusing, staff said differently than indicated at reception, of course it was our fault that we believed the staff member...

The location is perfect, very close to the main beach of Alicante, and the price of the rooms were the cheapest in the zone,The bed was clean and comfy.
