If you're a lighter sleeper I'd recommend packing your earplugs. We had some noise from the street during the night.

The room was very small and somewhat stuffy. Open windows helped but had to be closed at night due to street noise.

Bea is friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. Room was very clean. Nice toiletries provided. We enjoyed the small balcony. Good value for money in this part of town.

Everything was great.

We were very impressed by this pension. It was excellent value especially for the location. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the amenities were great. The owner takes pride in the pension - everything has a homely but professional touch. The room was cosy but nicely furnished and decorated, with modern private bathroom and balcony onto the old street. The pension is located opposite the famous La Viña bar so it's very convenient for trying cheesecake at the end of a pintxos bar crawl. It is located in the old town - the area is lively and in the heart of the action (perhaps not for you if you're looking for peace and quiet - morning trash collections are very noisy but no fault of the pension just part of being in the city). Parking was easy at the underground Okendo parking and a discounted ticket can be purchased from the pension. It was a 15 minute walk away. A walk up Urgull (not far from the Pension) provides great views over the city, beach and bay. Hope to stay again.

The rooms even the "deluxe"were very small.We booked the deluxet as it was the only room described as18m2 with seperate beds (one double and onesingle )We were two friends obligated to sleep together in the double bed cause if we opened the sigle there was no free place to move at all.Only the bathroom was spacious,thus the rerigaretor was placed in there.!

The room we had has an internal view to other buildings so dark, though quiet. We chose not to have this elsewhere, and perhaps would not have selected this one had we known. Cash required for tea and coffee making in the main area. Compact space but consistent with the area / old town. Happy overall though.

Awesome location!!!! Step outside and you’re right there in the thick of the old town. And a short walk to the beaches. The host was simply delightful, thanks x

Dark hallway on ground floor, looked shabby but there was a lift to the guest rooms on the first floor.

Property very close to the centre of the city. Excellent for exploring San Sebastian on foot. Up steep stairs but there was a lift. Host friendly and helpful, arranged easy access to the room via phone call as we arrived during siesta time. The room was well appointed and comfortable.

The room was a little smaller than we had expected, but on the whole, just fine. Minor downside was the shower bracket that wouldn't hold the head in place.

A great position in the heart of the old town. Very busy at night, but it didn't disturb us from a good sleep. Beatriz is such a warm host and even gave up her seat when we met her in a busy pintxos bar.

The location is everything with this one! Right across from the best cheescake in town in the middle of everything with no need for public transport or a car. The room was rather small but sufficient and the hostess was kind.

It was noisy with reception being on the first floor and guests leaving and entering their rooms and making coffee from the machine in the hall. Seemed to be only one setting for air conditioning unit and was loud when turned on

The location was fantastic and the room was very clean and comfortable for a solo traveller. The host was also very accommodating and helpful.

Located in the very downtown of the old city, everything is at a walking distance. But Beatriz is the plus, since she was so nice and kind.

You get a breakfast voucher for a nearby bar/ café. The voucher only gets you one small cup of coffee or tea and a plain croissant or one slice of toast, so that we ordered more on extra costs.

Perfect location in San Sebastián’s Old Town, 50 m from San Telmo Museum. Convenience stores and restaurants just on your doorstep. No need for public transport, as you can explore nearly the whole city by foot. Cosy and exceptionally clean room. Beatriz, the owner, is helpful and very friendly.
