We checked in staff well weren't very helpful didn't explain anything where breakfast was anything. Also the sunbeds were extremely uncomfortable and very dirty , considering a expensive 4 star hotel you'd expect cushions on your sun loungers. Lastly we asked upon departure we had a very late flight and would there be anywhere we could shower or change, we got a very blunt NO ,not you could extend your vacate time or there is somewhere to change but when we asked again got told we could change in the locker room 🤔 or the toilets, again for a 4 star hotel who caters for elderly and disabled people this to me is disgusting, ,it's like we've got your money now go home

The location was perfect lots of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Bedroom good size we paid extra for a sea view and very clean. Hotel was all very clean.

Snack bar van by the pool is very limited

Perfect location right on the beach, great food, clean and very friendly staff. Put a special birthday request in for my girlfriend and when we returned to the room after it was cleaned there was a birthday message, bottle of champagne and a meringue cake.

Just one thing, we had a late flight and it would have been good to have had a shower room, but not a deal breaker for us.

The room was very nice with a ide sea view. The location was perfect right on the promenade for walks. Breakfast and Dinner had a good selection and catered for most diets, and was excellent value

20 euros per beach towel deposit, we thought was a little to much, as we think last year they were only 10 euro each

The water takes a little while to warm up in the shower and had a few ants in the room but not the end of the world. Would prefer fresh towels daily but understand sustainability angle.

Super friendly and professional staff. The suite was huge and the bed comfy. Great cocktails and breakfast was fabulous! Would definitely return.

Only one small point - if offering a Club Lounge facility it needs to be serviced adequately. If wine is to be offered (or not) both red and white wine or bottles of beer needs to be available.

Having to leave to come home.

This is the hotel we keep returning to due to it location. I have to say that everything at this hotel is exceptional, from the moment that you arrive & are greeted by the reception staff, to the bar staff,room maids ,pool attendant & everyone in the restraunt who do everything to make your stay memorable. Rooms are spacious ,spotless with daily maid services. The hotel grounds are well maintained & also the hotel caters well for disabled guests which is good. The hotel is very competitive on food & drinks so you do not have to leave the hotel if you don't want to . We are looking forward to our next return to this lovely hotel. We are travellers of ages 71 & 66

We had a junior suite, very big with hot tub on balcony, a lounge roomwith snacks. Breakfast was great had a freshly cooked omelette every morning. Location directly opposite beach, with restaurants all along walkway

It was difficult to get gluten free bread at mealtimes. You would be sent from one member of staff to the next. Luckily there was one very attentive waitress, Carmen, who would look out for my mother and bring her the gluten free bread. The list of allergens in the food is very small and very difficult to read. The air con in the rooms only stayed on for 20 mins at a time.

Good location and excellent facilities. The gold lounge was a real treat, snacks and cold drinks provided throughout the day. The majority of the staff were friendly and attentive. Good gym and swimming pool.

Hotel is great for us, however elderly or disabled may not like the walk into town or the long walk to the bus station for days out.

We have visited several times previously and will visit again. Lovely hotel with great staff.
