The kitchen was tiny no room to prepare food . No sockets to put plug kettle in so had to plug it in the living area . There is a little room off kitchen with a washing machine in . If this was part of tge kitchen it would be loads better for space and a worktop could be installed . Apartment sleeps 6 yet there were only 2 mugs . 1 wine glass so definitely needs looking at . There were 2 spare quilts but no sheets for sofa bed . No cleaning stuff at all . 1 tea towel and another kind of towel . No dishcloths. Its says coffee machine its a kind of jug . The toaster . Have never seen anything like it . We used the grill The towels were of a grey colour like they had been used hundreds of times and far to small really for bath towels . The curtain rail didnt fit together in the middle so was just balanced on top and if you weren't careful when opening or closing would just fall down . The apartment is a great apartment but definitely needs a good look at the things pointed out here and it would be perfect . I would stay again but would know what to expect . I would have liked to have shared more photos of the apartment but it only allows 4 so I have put on 4 photos of things ive mentioned in review . In terms of did the property meet expectations on the whole it did but I expected there to be at least cleaning stuff at least and far better towels

Loved the apartment. Location. Very spacious . Loads of wardrobe and drawer space . Nice pool area . Great views . We didnt meet any staff just liased by messages and phone they were prompt with responses

The bathroom badly needs updating. Nowhere to hang the towels. The shower needs adjusting as the water goes over the edge of the bath and the floor becomes swamped. For 70€ a night I expected better

Noisey apartment, poor quality cheap falling apart furniture poorly equipped kitchen. One socket which was not near a worktop so we had to move a table into the kitchen to boil the kettle. Toaster was dangerous. Kitchen chairs were falling apart, table was broken, couch was the most uncomfortable couch we ever encountered.

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

The seating in the lounge was very uncomfortable. It could really do with a new settee. The dishwasher could do with being renewed in the kitchen. The whole apartment just looked really well used and in need of a bit of TLC. However we still enjoyed our holiday.

We love Almerimar plenty restaurants and shops and so nice to be in an apartment next to the marina. The apartment was clean enough but not as nice as the apartment we had rented from them previously. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfectly acceptable.

We were lucky we met a girl who knew the agent and rang her for us otherwise we would not have been able to get in as the office was closed and we had not received a text etc with the code for the key safe!

Communication was non existent. We had questions before arrival and message 3 times, called 4 times all over 4 days, but no response. No kettle, no bread knife, no plug in sink or bowl so very difficult to wash up.

This apartment was old and jaded. The furniture and decor were overdue for replacement. We moved the sofa to see the TV better and noticed under the sofa had never been cleaned. It appears as though the owners are just milking every last cent out of the place. There is no view as the window and balcony open up to another building about 10 feet away. I would not recommend this apartment to anybody.

Unfortunately all the furniture were super dirty and the bed sheets were too small, so we would always wake up laying on the bare mattress, yikes! There was loud construction going on in the apartment building all day long! Since in this particular community pool season doesn’t start before June 15th, the pictures of the nice pool and rooftop area don’t really belong in the advertisement, without this information!

We were able to check in earlier! Estefania was always quick in responding to messages even tho she was on vacation and the office was closed during our whole stay! The apartment was very close to the marina, so we could easily bring our stuff to the boat without a car!
