The breakfast was lovely. My partner has a gluten intolerance so there were some options available for him which is hard to come by. The room itself was very clean and bright. The staff were very friendly and the pool was great. We had requested a high floor with a balcony with sun which the staff were able to accommodate. The fact the hotel was Adults only was exactly what we were after as we wanted sunshine and relaxation after a busy year.

The bulbs in the room had some flickering issues at times but it wasnt too bad. There was a lack of toiletries, I had hoped there would have been some shampoo/conditioner, there was a body wash shampoo but that was all really... maybe some toiletries such as ear buds, shower cap, maybe a small razer etc but again, the hotel was great other than this very minor request.

Great facilities, spotlessly clean, fabulous food and outstanding staff! Great hotel! It was our first time in Santa Ponsa and the hotel is centrally located and allows easy access to all parts of the resort.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. The staff was incredibly professional and went out of their way to be helpful. Its excellent location, just a short walk from Santa Ponsa Beach, was also a huge plus.

While the bathroom wasn't the most comfortable, it was spotless, which we really appreciated. The hotel's location, while convenient, did come with some early morning traffic noise that might be an issue for light sleepers. I also felt the restaurant could improve its food selection. A wider variety of dishes, especially for those who don't eat pork or meat, would have been a great addition.

Our room was overlooking several bus stands on a busy main road through the town, with a taxi rank close also. It was very noisy, although not so much when the doors were closed, but it did mean that we didnt get the chance to sit and relax on the balcony. Also the bottle bins were located almost under our room were very noisy, particularly early morning when they were being emptied.

Breakfast was outstanding. The Reception staff, Lucia, Leah and Luca were so friendly and excellent. Location very good.

Horrendous we had a leak in our bathroom never fixed & we were told they'd contact us with either a discount or free night, I've emailed them & no reply, I'd never recommend this hotel & I'd never book with booking com again, I sent videos of our room & still nothing from this hotel. Awful

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely complimentary glass of processo/beer. We were giving all the info we needed to know and taken to our room. Room and pool area is fab! Breakfast was also lovely and had a good variety of foods and drinks. Everyone extremely friendly and approachable! We will stay here again. Thank you

As first time visitors to Santa Ponsa we were so happy we chose this hotel. The location was great on the quieter side of Santa Ponsa. Could see the beach from our room, only a short walk over. The staff went above and beyond they were all so nice and helpful. The pool area was fab, the hotel also offers pool towels free of charge. Our room was made up each day which was great. We would have been lost without the Aircon in the room also. The bar downstairs was so relaxing. Breakfast was also included each morning- great variety, something for everyone. We also received a 20% discount for Harry’s Bistro which is the restaurant downstairs. Overall it was a great hotel and would 100% stay at this hotel again if returning in the future.

The dinner in Harry’s bistro wasn’t what we were expecting to get so that is the only thing we didn’t enjoy but everything else about the hotel, Harry’s Bistro and the bar downstairs in the hotel was great.

Very clean pool with lifeguard, and drinks available in plastic cups from the bar. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with lots of variety. Loved the location for transport links to Palma and other areas - the local bus airport bus drops and picks up just outside.

Location great and great value with the 20% off in Harrys bar and restaurant attached. Breakfast was very good with a good choice. Very relaxing stay and staff extremely friendly

Location is perfect, everywhere in the hotel was spotless. Staff were excellent, friendly and full of chat. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to go to Santa Ponsa.

The location was great - very short walk to the beach, plenty of places to eat and drink nearby and a 10min stroll to the more lively area. . Staff very friendly and helpful. Relaxed atmosphere at the pool and plenty of loungers. The room was lovely, with big balcony and kept clean during our stay.

We had a lovely stay here. Perfect location, clean, comfortable and quiet pool area. The staff were so friendly and nice and even gave us a welcoming drink while we checked in. They couldn’t do enough for us. Highly recommend

Only downfall was that there was no shower room to freshen up in after checking out. There was a luggage room though, so can’t complain too much!
