The breakfast was average and the room walls were very thin so I could hear people snore through the walls.

I like the laid back atmosphere in this hotel. It was more suitable for older people but we as a younger group still enjoyed our stay. The location was closer to the old town and there are many shops and cafes in the area. Location to the beach was also great. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Drinks and food in the hotel were good and reasonably priced. It was easy to get space around the pool and the fake grass was nice. This is a very chilled out and quiet hotel.

Location to some of the bars I wanted made me require a taxi every day so €12-15 each way impacted my funds.

Was not left without electric during th widespread outage during the stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool area and views lovely.

There is no facility to get an early morning or late evening hot drink. The hotel should provide a kettle, even if for an additional charge. It is difficult to get refreshments at the pool. There is no direct access from the bar so you have to encounter a security gate with your key and a flight of steps. The hotel do not enforce the rules in the pool area about playing music/noise.

Good choice of food which was all cooked to a good standard. The location is excellent for the quieter end of the resort with bars and restaurants nearby. There is a large supermarket close by too. The outdoor pool is good although the info said it would be heated and it wasn't. The advice warning about nearby building work behind the hotel was useful although it was never an issue during our stay.

Would have liked to have a kettle in the room, but we knew this beforehand and took one with us. Otherwise nothing.

Good location, although about 15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Spacious end room with great shower. Clean. Nice balcony with sea view. Fridge in room. Helpful and friendly staff. Good meals in restaurant.

The lack of information about the fact that booking.com didn't tell me they automatically book a transfer from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. I had already booked a Hoppa transfer, as we normally do when we come to Poniente. So the communications from various Hoppa employees from the Netherlands and China took me by surprise. This was linked with the booking.com transfer booking and I blocked them to begin with as I thought it was a scam. There just needs to be more clarity about this on the booking.com app when booking. It would stop the confusion and worry I experienced when I was told on arrival at the Abas desk that I wasn't arriving and hadn't got a coach place ( fortunately I had printed evidence, so they gave me one), and the ongoing anxiety I had throughout my holiday that I had got a coach place in the way back. It ruined my holiday.
