The little coffee pods did not get replenished, which would have been nice. We had breakfast with our stay, but unfortunately we had to leave every morning before 8 am, when they started serving so we never got a chance to check it out. There was a coffee machine in the lobby, maybe that's why coffee pods were only for one morning. Also the parking situation was a bit of a nightmare, can't really fault the hotel though.

Clean and close to the beach, bars and restaurants. When we come back, we will definitely check availability here.

A little short on storage in the bedroom. Two huge groups of children in the hotel on school trips presumably. Breakfast was chaotic & staff seemed to struggle to cope with demand when both groups were present.

Hotel is in quieter and more run down part of roses. Other areas look much more happening.

Only small point-Maybe more comfortable chairs in bar area and lighting not so bright for the evenings.

As it was a room for people with disabilities, we had no night stands and only one chair. But after asking they brought a second one. There was always a line at the coffee machine for breakfast... Maybe get another one 😉

It is not the hotel's fault, but it is extremely difficult to get nearby parking during the holiday season. If you need the lifts, you may have to wait a while due to the higher demand during peak times (breakfas and evening)

Unfortunately, for the last 3 days, we could smell sewage in the room. Air conditioning not adjusting.

Hard beds, room so minimal it was tending towards cheap,.... spotless but not even a comfortable chair. There were health and safety issues in the bathroom, just a glass half screen on shower if you slipped in shower there was absolutely nothing to grab unto. I was looking forward to eating the paella but each time it was crispy and overcooked., so disappointing.

Plenty of variety at mealtimes catering for all European tastes. I didn't use the two pools but everything looked well maintained. Nice lounge with evening entertainment most evenings. A bus stop directly opposite the hotel, takes you right into town centre. "Must do " activities are the land train Rosas express, beautiful scenery especially Puig Rom trip, A boat trip , I missed my boat to Cadaques ( told it is beautiful but I had another lovely boat trip , to see fish from glass bottomed boat. Trips were not expensive. I travelled alone, but met lovely helpful people.

The room was on the 8th floor and had really bad wifi connection. Instead of giving us a new room on a lower floor , we had to wait until the technician came the next morning at 11 am, even though we said we started working from the hotel that day at 8 am. Asked for a couple's bed on the reservation and was given 2 single beds. Small room with a mini table to work in. Not a good quality/price trade
