To be honest, this hotel was the best hotel on Mallorca where I have stayed. This was already my fourth hotel here.

Very nice hotel with helpful staff and great facilities. The outdoor pool was really nice with enough sunbeds for all. The beach was close enough to walk.

The food although there was really big choice was not great. Especially breakfast was not tasteful. Dinners were much better - every day there was food from different regions- Greek/Asia/Mexico

The hotel location is pretty central to local amenities and the beach. The breakfast has a wide variety; unfortunately, the quality is poor.

I understand that the breakfast is intended to be a standard hotel offering, but I found the quality to be quite disappointing. The food was generally dry and hard, including the scrambled eggs, which is not what one would expect. The only exception to this was the items in sauce, which were the only palatable option. Due to these issues, I only had breakfast at the hotel on two occasions throughout my entire stay. This is especially concerning as I had early tours and needed to take my medication with food.

All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Food and drink prices on site were very reasonable. Great family atmosphere without feeling as though kids were running wild. Pools were excellent and rooms were very clean. My 5 year old son had a fantastic time. Shops and restaurants nearby and a 15min walk to the port for the evening dining options.

Breakfast had a good spread but certain elements could be improved slightly such as the pastries. Our shower floor was slightly sunken and was in need of refitting.

Located in a charming city away from the bustle. Very close to the beautiful Cala Agulla beach.

Greater attention could have been paid to the ingredients used in the dishes. More significantly, the lack of any coffee option beyond instant was quite disappointing.

Every single member of staff was wonderful, the property is beautiful, location is great, The food exceeded our expectations, in terms of quality, so many choices and delicious.

This is my third stay here, and I'm already looking forward to returning! The staff and their efforts to ensure you have a relaxing and fantastic holiday are second to none! Cveti is amazing with the children. She runs the children's club from 10 am until 1 pm daily from Tuesday through Saturday doing sports, arts and crafts, and all kinds of adventures, a mini kids disco after dinner (except Sundays). There is a variety of fantastic entertainment every evening except on a Sunday, live music, magic and more.... Mariano has a wonderful team in the restaurant, who all work tirelessly to keep everything clean and tidy and make your dining experience a pleasure. The back of house team produces a fantastic array of amazing dishes from all around the world, having theme nights daily. Antonio makes wonderful cocktails with daily special offers, also offering a snack menu from 12.30 until 3.30 daily. His team will wait on you from your sun lounger, so you only have to think about what you would like to eat or drink.. Spoiled doesn't come close to describing how you feel staying at this lovely hotel. The rooms are always cleaned and tidied with the utmost respect for the housekeeping staff (superbly comfortable beds). You are surrounded by a variety of different bays and beaches providing some of the most incredible sunsets. A short walk from all the shops, yet far enough away from any nightlife noise. This is a superb family hotel.

The air conditioning should not be limited to 21°c at this time of year, and the shower trays are just too slippery. I would definitely recommend visiting here at the beginning (May/June) and the end of the season (September/October) rather than in the busiest period of July and August.

Couldnt fault the staff or the hotel as a whole, we were looked after by the pool staff and the reception staff were always really helpful, great pool and food, the only minor issue was the spa pool being cold although im not sure thats an issue as the sun heated it up I just assumed it would be. Room cleaned every day!

Very nice and modern rooms and facilities. Also the surroundings were kept in a very good shape. And all staff tried their best to make our stay wonderful.

The food was disappointing. Mostly tasteless and not fresh. Also there were lots of dishes which were not cleaned propperly.

Comfy beds, nice room layout and because there were three of us, the separate rooms were good. Not all hotels show this in their information, but it’s worthwhile knowing

It really was very nice. If I’m being picky, there was a construction site where new apartments are being built which spoilt the peace a little, but this really was minimal.

Room size is good and have part sea view,(not all rooms)

I don't like the food, breakfast and dinner, it's look like a lots of choice but there no quality, no tast and over cooked, bedroom furniture is so old, safe box you need pay for, is that 4 star hotel? Towels you can change every 3 days,

Nice and clean hotel in a quiet area. Very friendly staff at the reception and at the pool bar.Food was delicious. Dinner with different themes.Close to the sea but bit far from the beach maybe 15 walk. Lot of restaurants close by 5 min walk

Staff at the restaurant was not so friendly, drinks for the dinner are not included which is totally fine but not having tab water for the dinner is strange for me. Tab water should be available!!!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were large, cozy, and well-appointed, with the added bonus of a terrace to relax on. The entire area was spotless and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly attentive and polite, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel offers excellent amenities — a lovely pool, a well-stocked bar, and a relaxing spa. The food was absolutely delicious, with a varied menu that impressed us every day. Over the course of our week-long stay, we never saw the same dish twice! The breakfast selection was especially impressive, with full English, continental, and local options available each morning. The hotel is located in a small, quiet town about 70 km from Palma, which made for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away at a leisurely pace — perfect for a morning or evening stroll. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would be absolutely delighted to come back again!

Location, staff

This hotel is great! Our wishes were taken into account and were warmcomed by the helpful receptionists. The hotel has many facilities, but we hardly used them because we were out and about every day. Our room was very spacious, spotlessly clean and fully equipped, and the beds were perfect. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly. We had booked half board and that turned out to be an excellent choice. The meals were very extensive, varied dayly and of excellent quality. There was even live cooking in the morning and the evening, provided by the heartwarming Francis, of whom we will always have fond memories!
