Dear Ivana, thanks by your review, regarding "issues" let me make a suggestion for your next stay in Spain; if you come talking only your mother tonge and didn't read/translate instructions and/or info, maybe will have problems. You arrived to my home and luckily your partner went to the top terrace and found me hanging washed bedding, so, I helped you to reach bedroom and explained basic things because you read nothing before to come. Then, we don't have only a balcony for 5 bedrooms, we've two patios, main salon, kitchen, and top terrace with 200sqm, more than enough to have all guests eating/lunching at same time inside the house. About bedroom lighting, seems in your Country don't have a ceiling fan with light driven by a remote control, obviously you didn't notice of it, and more, more. I understand you didn't call me to ask because I don't speak Czech, only Spanish, English, Italian, Portuguese, some French and German. This is why I think is important to try to communicate with your hosts, because finally you're unfair doing wrong comments with people that works daily to give you the best.

Thanks Jiri by your comments, they're good for others that would come, always is nice to be informed in advance about the place they will stay, this are part of the things you've to see when make a reserve, it avoids to complain about what expect to get.

Dear Ludka, thanks by your stay and review, regarding "complains" let me tell a couple of things, not for you now of course, but for others coming, who will read this review. When you come a single day/night, is very important to try to contact your host in advance (you'd understand we don't have staff, this is family bussiness) in order to arrange possible things would need (e.g. leave baggage), since we can't know what would need each guest at its departure and keep in mind all messages exchanged, is you who have to remind to us your possible needs, anyway, we don't order nothing to nobody, we only inform (big difference) what to expect, (perhaps in your language the way to communicate politely is different, but we use the most common one, English, for reminders), and how to use all things at home. About waste, of course if you remember you come to a shared house, will understand is your duty (like at home) the reason to ask you to carry it yourself to the street bins (we removed trash can from bedrooms since people used to eat inside and leave there food and more), avoiding to have bedroom dirty and untidy, we don't ask to move kitchen rubbish, there we've recycling bins for everything. We cannot satisfy to everybody's wishes of course, and the reason of baggage cannot be left is cause we don't have lockers/room at home (aren't hotel remember) and the solely option is to keep it at our home, imaging if we've 10 people at same time asking to keep its belongings all day round till they come back whenever they want to pick-up it. Hope this would be enough for you to clarify what you'd expect to get when decide to stay in a place like ours (totally different rules as happens on other places), this will avoid to have "unwanted surprises" because of misunderstanding.
