The location is incredible. The view amazing and a short stroll to the beach made an afternoon swim after a long travel day, wonderful. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We loved everything about our stay. The sunrise incredible.

Location, Location, Location - worth the extra for the sea view even though the weather during our 1 night stay was not the best. being Summer...the restaurant was open - good even if not a huge menu to choose from (understandable in this location). Overall we were very happy to stay one night here - most especially since the staff were friendly and helpful.

No complaints - everything was as expected from the info on Booking.com.

The view from the room was amazing - overlooking the sea with phenomenal views from everywhere. We arrived later than expected and so ended up having dinner in the restaurant in the hotel which was lovely - simple but tasty and excellent value for money. Staff were very helpful. A wonderful stay and I will be back.

The best ocean view you’re going to get! We loved the opportunity to walk along the beach side in the evening and morning. You can access the beach and also a lovely paved path just above it that stretches for kilometres both ways

Small room but perfectly adequate

As shown in the photos, it's right on the beach, the location can't get better. Note: the waves are naturally loud. 😎 The jacuzzi was bigger than expected, working very well. It takes almost an hour to fill up, plan accordingly, but totally worth it. The shower is also great, water pressure was adequate. Bed was very comfortable. Very pet-friendly, nothing extra but the general acceptance of dogs everywhere was great.

What I missed is an armchair to sit and read but it's not a major issue. The breakfast was a bit of a letdown, no fresh vegetables (there was some fruit), limited option for bread (but good quality). Note for dog owners: the dog beach is a good 15-20 min walk, the corner of the last beach. It's a bit small but was not crowded in June.

The location and view were fantastic

The restaurant was closed for dinner. This was not mentioned at the time of booking, which was disappointing given the relative isolation of the hotel, away from towns.

What a find! This place has to be one of the best locations you'll find anywhere. We had a balcony overlooking the sea and the view was unbelievable. The lady who welcomed us and looked after us, Maritsa, was so lovely and helpful. The room was clean and had all we needed. Everything was brilliant.

Ocean view is amazing! Very comfortable and cozy room. Terrace was great to sit and watch and listen to the waves. Breakfast was great. Beach access was superb.

Construction seemed basic. Elevator didn’t work… bathroom design was cramped. Very university dorm feel.

The facilities and room were lovely as well as being right on the ocean. It was very cool to look out of our second floor balcony and have the sea directly below us. The sound of the waves crashing was restful as well.

Excellent location for an overnight if you are travelling to or from the main ferry ports of Bilbao and Santander.

Breakfast was not exceptional. If we had wanted an evening meal we would have been disappointed. Very few power sockets in the room.

The views are breathe taking and the staff made our wedding anniversary very special. Good food and great location.

Whilst everything was very clean and tidy, it would benefit from refreshing, as often seaside properties do. Our room had nightlights we couldn't turn off.

Friendly helpfull staff in the restaurant downstairs and a stunning view upstairs. It might be a bit of an unusual place at first glancde (because of the seafood restaurant and hotel combo) but it is actually the place where I had the best views and best night sleep during a long roadtrip. The fact that the rooms weren't quiet (as shownieuws in my reciew) is actually not a form of critisism. What makes this place so great is that - once you have a room fading towrds the sea - that you want it to be loud is the sense that you can hear the waves crashing in. The sounds of the waves and the wind, for me, was the most calming aspect of this place. Great for a proper stop during a long trip (and dont forget to take the monkfish-stew, it is good).
