My friends arrived slightly earlier than me, and had to pay the full amount straight away. This was very inconvenient, because I had prepared for the full payment and collected all funds separately from everybody. As a result, I had to wire everything back from my credit card and to my friend's account. It would've been a little bit more customer friendly if the reception could've waited for my arrival so I could pay the full amount. I don't understand the hurry as we were staying there for 3 days anyway.

Key pick up is a pain if you arrive after 6pm or before 11pm. The apartment is comfortable but with an industrial esthetic.

1. internet - was very temperamental - really this needs to be improved (using it for work / leisure or even TV - did not work well at all) 2. The rooms are a bit stuffy, though there is A/C to be used, but due to the humidity, many mosquitos were in the room - maybe to consider repellent (plug-in)

The property is in a spot-on location. It quiet and with an easy access to the city center but also locally there are many shops, malls, parks and restaurants / cafes to explore. The property was clean and well maintained. The staff were professional and the amenities as well as the communication was excellent.

A little small for 4 people (me and 3 children aged 16, 14 and 9) - I guess would have otherwise paid more. Photos were obviously of other, bigger apartments, so felt a little misled. Kitchen equipped well but no freezer, which I would have liked. Reception staff only there on arrival - ironically during hours not supposed to be there, so had arranged for pre-checkin and keys left. No staff on departure so couldn't leave bags so had to lug them to beach for day!

Excellent location - near to beach, supermarkets and metro. Reasonable price compared to others although would not prioritise pool again - very small and not needed when beach so close, so could possibly get more for money. Basic apartment - small but clean. Good communication with staff prior to arrival via email - helpful and prompt.

Security man was knocking on neighbours door at 4am as occupiers may have been smoking. For my perspective, there was no consideration of us who were woken from our sleep. The security man was far too loud, aggressive, and frightening for my children, who thought he was coming into our apartment. Please consider your steps to handle smoking offenders for the future without disturbing non offenders on holidays.

The property publicises a "24-hours front desk" between the amenities but that's not true. I had to wait 3 hours until 11 pm for a person to be there. Also, there were groups of partying folks in some of the apartments and I got woke up at 3am. The property didn't do anything and I had to go myself to ask them to be quiet.

The apartments are of very good quality and nicely located. I would recommend this if you're in a group of 3 or more people and planning a long stay.

A little bit annoyed that I have to go to their 'main' hotel to collect keys and then take a taxi back to our hotel again, wasted money and from Check in time 3pm to their reception closing time at 6pm that doesn't really give people a lot of time to check in at the actually building I'm suppose to be in. Not enough instructions for appliances in the apartment, not enough lighting, weird fire alarm went off in the morning with no one there to sort it out until we ring the main reception at the other hotel. Wifi was horrible, couldn't use it at all and have to use my own mobile data for the whole time which was really inconvenient.

Room was fairly spacious, good shower and enough amenities for a short stay. I think the location is great, quick access to more centre part of Barcelona, only walking distance to metro station. Great coffees and food around as well.

The key card was demagnetised and had to wait over an hour to be able to get into my apartment. I also think that there should be more kitchen amenities (for example, a kitchen rag, a towel over the table, stuff like that). Although the kitchen equipment was well-equipped with its appliances, it could've provided more amenities like a better kitchen rag, and towel to cover the table, for example. Also, I selected a double bed, I had to sleep with my partner on two single beds next to each other, which wasn't that nice.

The location was nice, and so was the neighbourhood. With both metro and bus stations close by, it was really simple to travel to other places in the city. The room was as advertised, nice and tidy, with a massive ceiling. Despite the low number of square-feet, it felt big.

Considering the price range, cleanliness should be much better, especially the floors. Also, there is a washing machine available in the apartment but no dryer or place where you could dry clothes, so washing machine itself makes no sense. If you hang clothes outside you would be fined (350€).

Location is excellent, 15 mins from the beach, 15 min from Parc de la Ciutadella. Metro and bus stations are 2-3 mins walking distance.The staff was kind and helpful. Markets and cofe shops are close by as well as the centre of Poblenou, with restaurants and more shops.
