The shower was poor, temperature was hard to get right, there was no air conditioning just a tiny fan, the room did not have a tv or kettle. The room decor was really plain and boring

The rooms were quite small, and got hot very quickly through the day even when the outside was quite cool.

Location good as long as you are aware it is a little out of the main town but only 15-20 min walk to the beach and the funicular and 30 min walk into the old town or plenty of bus connections - get the 6 or 12 journey travel pass from tourist info as it works out cheaper. Beds comfy, good powerful showers with plenty of hot water. Good common room with tables, TV, table football, also a gym. Good value for San Sebastian. Super friendly and helpful staff with 24 hour manned reception so no worries about access.

Dorms were quite comfortable. Kids loved the foosball table. Parking was convenient and free. Location was good - it was a lovely walk to the funicular and beach.

It is student accommodation used as hostel during vacation, room so small and had no AC. The checkin requirements is very lengthy.

Quite expensive for what it was, but good value compared to other available accommodation in the city. Better instructions on how to exit the car park would have been useful at check-in!

Clean, tidy, comfortable room, with small kitchen and private bathroom. The location is very quiet but not close to the city center but with the bus it's easy and fast (20 minutes). Price on their website are a little bit lower.

The accommodation is a 45-minute walk from La Concha Beach, but we were aware of this when booking, and it's not something the accommodation can influence.

The staff is very helpful. Free parking is available on-site (there were always available spots). The room was exceptionally clean. There is a microwave available in the common area, but it would be useful to have some utensils and/or a glass/cup as well.

There was no wifi at all in the room despite being advertised as ultra fast in all areas. Only available in busy and noisy reception and communal area. No privacy for working online.

The windows look at the noisy street, which can affect a sensitive sleep. More attention could be paid to proper cleaning of the microwave (it smelled of burned oil) and refrigerator (there were two of them, and one smelled bad).

The staff was very responsive, they helped us resolve several requests, including fixing the sink and showed patience to us, when we reported an unexpected cleaning task, which we are sorry about, during the check-out. The room for two was spacious, had more than enough furniture, the kitchen was equipped enough for a short stay. Daily cleaning was available, although we used this option only once. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the Ondaretta beach. The closest big supermarket, Dia, is around 10 minutes away. Public transport was very close. The windows were looking at the mountains. The accommodation is close to the caravan parking, and a lot of caravans were parked around. We liked the neighbourhood more than the city centre due to the narrow streets and more green areas. We also appreciated the opportunity to stay in a shared area waiting for our bus after the check-out.
