Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Only downside was the whirlpools advertised in the photos yet have been out of action since I previously visited in April and it is now August! The roof top is nice, good thing there is a shower otherwise there would be no way to cool down - definitely missing a small pool!
Very clean, comfy bed, bedroom was very modern with lots of space and clean bathroom

My clients wondered the way the bathroom was arranged. As they were friends travelling together, they found it odd to be sitting on the loo and being seen by the other traveller!

The main issue with the parking seems to be the very common spanish type of parking entrances, very tiny and not suitable for big cars. To park you have to go to the lower floors of the hotel through a spiral track and that is difficult for many people, especially if the car is big or long. You can try parking there under your own risk. The room, even if nice and complete, is quite small and I didnt even have space to open my lugagge. Otherwise, is fine.
We liked the location, the nice breakfast and the room facilities. The hotel has a private parking but we decided not to leave it there. We found a free parking spot a few meters away from the place but, it is a matter of luck to find these free ones. Staff at the Reception were kind and helpful too.

We were given room No 1, this was on the ground floor with people walking continously past our large window on the pavement outside. Noisy. The room was open plan with no door seperating the toilet from the bedroom. Not ideal. We only found the tea and coffee making facilities by chance as we were leaving, they were concealed in an unmarked cupboard in the communal seating area by the entrance door. Everything else was very good, we would stay there again but not in that room.

There was not enough storage room, no fridge and the coffee station in the main hall was not restocked often enough.
The shower was amazing, the bed was really comfortable and the room itself was really cosy.

Everything was of top standard, nothing too much trouble, the decor throughout was lovely, clean and well maintained. The receptionist was an exceptional host, making my stay comfortable. Great location, everything walking distance. I will definitely return, thank you!

The room feels like a mosquito trap! I got over 30 bites in less than one night , several blood markers on the wall from previous guests, it feels like no one really clean the room probably or paint over the blood leftovers. It looks like a blood massacre of all the walls. I had to buy all kind of candles, sprays and leave my window always close to avoid more mosquitos to coming in!
Everything was very modern and the first impression was ok , room was enough space for one person , the bathroom was clean and new and the location was very central , even it is central you cannot hear the drunk tourist outside .

The room was very comfortable and modern. Everything was new and in good condition. I got a room with a balcony/terrace which was great and very big! I definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely come again! Also it was great that they offer private parking for 10€ a day in their own parking garage. Be careful to ring the bell for the reception when arriving and leaving the garage, as the doors do not open automatically ;)
