I had booked a room with a king bed, and that is what was advertised for the room and the only option. However, I ended up with two single beds pushed together. I asked about it, and they said that some rooms come that way and they couldn't do anything about it. Then they should say it was possible since I never would have booked a double single bed room.

The only issue that we had was with noisy protesters on La Ramblas opposite the hotel. Nothing to do with the hotel, but was annoying. They fortunately stopped around 9pm. This was the only issue. It should be noted that there is fairly major construction on La Ramblas (renovation) and this will probably take another couple of years.

The hotel is right on La Ramblas, and is surrounded by coffee shops, bars, restaurants and gellatias. The staff were AMAZING! We arrived at 10 in the morning (after travelling for 15 hours) and they had our room ready for us, despite check-in time of 3pm. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent stay at Serhs Hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Maria and Sergei at the reception. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. Maria greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process quick and effortless. She was always happy to answer my questions and gave me great local recommendations that made my trip even better. One time the room was cleaned only late afternoon, but in other days we came back to a clean room after viewing the city.

The rooms were nice and comfortable. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good and had a good variety, the dinning hall is very nice overlooking the Rambla. The location is right on the rambla, very close to catalunia square.

The room was extremly hot on arrival and when I asked reception after being in the room For more then an hour, they stated it’s a big room and wil take time. It was 35 degrees and was extremly uncomfortable and not the response I was hoping for. Also we booked a suite and the jacuzzi wasn’t working, again they just didn’t give any resolution. The bathroom also had a very unpleasant smell of sewage.

Location is ideal, very close to the beach and being on the Las Rambla strip, you’re in close proximity to all bars, restaurents.

Early checkin was not available so had to wait till room was ready and it was surely tiring after a long haul flight.

Room housekeeping and cleanliness was excellent. Buffet was great but a bit expensive, though they did have a good spread which included fresh juices as well. Location is excellent.

The balcony was directly under the rooftop terrace, and on occassion we got stuff being dropped on us (cigarette ends, cans). Minor point and fortunately we were not there when the bits were dropped.

Hotel was in the perfect position to enjoy Le Rambla and central to the city. The room was excellent - large, comfy and with a great balcony. Breakfast was a nice choice of help yourself or cooked to order.
