We always book half board when we can , luckily we did as Sunday looked like everthing was shut in town . All the ingredients were there for a lovely evening down by the pool but Unfortunately it was not to be and were very disappointed . After trying to translate the menu for 20 minutes I got a tomato for my starter (chopped up ) and my wife a bland Caesar salad . Main course for me was roughly chopped chorizo and a few chips on a plate and my wife thought she was getting a chicken dish which turned out to be tasteless frozen chicken nibbles with a few chips ! Would recommend! Pool wasn’t clean and didn’t dare venture !

We enjoyed our stay and really didn't dislike anything. Just silly niggles stopped us from awarding a higher mark.

The breakfast was very good, apart from the rather odd orange juice! Great variety of food. The pool area was very nice and we were able to park on the street in front of the hotel. It was a pleasant stroll to the centre of Ubeda. The room was very clean, but the stupid shower gel and shampoo sachets made no sense!

The pool closes at 20h00 and only opens at 12h00. In days in which the temperature is around 43 it should be open all day and nigth. at least until 22h

There is a safe in the room - but it is not usable without special arrangement. Only 1 lift.

Modern hotel within walking distance of the historic centre and with limited on road parking. Rooms are a good size and well appointed. Outstanding breakfast.

Nothing really - the only thing I would say is that the breakfast offering was a little bit average but all in all that did not detract from my stay.

Staff at reception when I arrived and during my stay were really helpful and made things easy. The general atmosphere at the hotel was good, and although quite a busy hotel/busy time when I was there it was never a problem. Service was quick and efficient in the bar and there was plenty of parking space for my motorbike. I could have parked in the car park at the back/side of the hotel but I chose to leave at the front and there were no issues at all. I had an issue with noise external noise whilst I was there (it was very loud and coming fro the area about a half mile away where the fairground was as part of the annual festival (which I had been unaware of). It woke me and was so loud that at about 02:00am I had to go to reception and ask for another room and the member of staff on night duty was really helpful and I moved room - had I known in advance about the noise I would have asked for a room at the front of the hotel. Location is pretty good as well, very easy to find and probably just a 10/15 miniute walk to shops and 20 minutes to the old town area.

The bedroom carpet is beginning to look a bit less fresh. I prefer a wooden floor.

This is our third time staying in this hotel. Excellent value for money when choosing half board. Large comfortable rooms. Short walk into town. Parking can be outside though restricted availability or in the hotel's underground car park.

Nothing really. I sensed the staff were under pressure at times as the hotel was very busy during our stay.

The bed was extra large and comfortable. The bar was open after we returned from eating out and prices were reasonable. The hotel was slightly faded although it was clearly a 'grand' hotel at its best. Parking was free outside and 10 euros a day if you used the indoor garage. The town is interesting and we enjoyed our visit. Breakfast was good if you like Spanish style. We do!

I would have expected a four star hotel to have tea and coffee making facilities. I was staying with my wife and we were left with only one bottle of water to share. Breakfast was disappointing.

It had really good parking and was in a good location for the motorway. The walk to the old part of the city was around 20 minutes. But it is hard to get a hotel with parking in the centre. Overall a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff.

It's a good walk to the old Town

Nice Hotel with a good large room. The breakfast was good and served to the table. All Staff were pleasant. Did n't have time to use the pool but it looked good. Would stay here again.
