Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Not so keen on the breakfast, would prefer fresh coffee, not capsules.
Welcoming Staff. Nice clean room. My two dogs had lovely fresh dog beds, treats, bowls etc Had the menu del dia 12€ for 2 courses, very tasty. Quiet night.

The bed and pillows were a little hard for my liking but my husband slept like a log.
Clean, big rooms, quiet location. Big bed in a cosy, warm room when we arrived after hours. Clear instructions sent by the hotel to access the hotel 👍🏻

The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful as I arrived with a very muddy bike and she provided a hose to clean the bike and a secure storage area. The room was very clean and comfortable and the evening meal and breakfast were excellent.

The hotel is located in the little charm town of Jérica. The Google map took us uphill in the old town, which was wrong. The worst was it took us a while to back off from the narrow street. The locals are very friendly and helped us find the hotel. Staff at hotel is very helpful. We didn’t know how to pay parking tickets because of language. The owner helped us step by step. The hotel is for cyclists. We were there for hot springs. It turned out the water is cold. It’s not 25 Celsius degrees at all. But it was good swim (like swimming pool temperature) and river is beautiful.

the bed was a little hard for me
Clean and quiet. Good storage (and a nice welcome) for my bicycle. The shower has hot water quickly, without having to wait ages, wasting water, to get the temperature correct. nice pizza and good breakfast

Erm , not sure really
Arrived at hotel De Jérica around 5.30pm after enjoyable drive down from Formigal in Pyrenees. Very kind welcome, van parked to side of hotel, dog made to feel at home with a bed and treats in room. Decided to stay around hotel, sat outside,had a few beers, Diet Pepsi, four cheese pizza, potatoes with garlic mayo, Spanish style of course, local ham and a range of olive oils to sample, very tasty indeed, and good value. Very nice room , clean and fresh ( which we all know is so important!!). Sank into super comfy big mattress and slept well. Up early for breakfast buffet, set us up well for the day….. said our goodbyes and off on our journey further south. This is a good hotel, great location, handy for what we needed. One of those hotels that you would recommend to friends, and stay at again.

Understandable, because we visited in winter, but the restaurant is closed apart from breakfast. However snacks available and bars close by.
Perfect location. Just off the motorway, but a lovely small town. Astonishingly clean. Helpful friendly owners/staff. Outstanding value.

Fabulous hotel. Simple decor and spotlessly clean. Great location if you’re travelling across Spain. Pet friendly is an understatement. They provided a fresh clean bed for our dog. bowels, a pack of dog treats and a roll of poo bags.
