All the staff was very helpful, patient, and kind Miguel the manager just made my life so easy, and the ladies were just fantastic. Room is super nice and clean, breakfast is tasty, plenty.

it can be a little scary at nights, the reception closes at 17:00, however there should be someone like a guard for the whole night, just for the guests to feel a presence. Afterall, it’s not an Airbnb.

Small resort away from any touristic destinations with calm and peace all around. I did not use it myself, but it offers set of additional services (massages, ...). Staff was super nice and helpfull. If I shall return, then this would be the first choice.

Very nice place in a lovely rural sourrounding Close to Palma and also not far to hiking trails. Clean and well equipped (fridge in the room would have been great). Staff and owner are very nice and supportive. Also the breakfast was amazing including variations every day and vegan options. The room was spacious and Clean. All good ☺️👍🏼 Own blankets per Person in the bed would be great instead of a big shared blanket

The selection at the breakfast buffet was pretty limited and dishes were pretty dirty unfortunately.

We really enjoyed the location and the spacious room. We were also warmly welcomed and received a small tour as well as a coffee.

The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area with lots of very comfortable sun loungers. It was quite quiet when we were there and it was lovely to have the pool so close to our room. Javier could not have been more helpful, he is very passionate about the horn and the island. He gave us helpful recommendations for places to eat etc… Central location is good to visit all around the island, but I would say that you need a car!

Such a great find for a few days. Peaceful and easy to tour around as out of the business of Palma. Beautiful rooms, great restaurant amd excellent breakfast. We had a massage and used the pool. Staff were so helpful and lovely.

Food in the evening could have been better. First night was a tapas night at different which was just bread with toppings. Dinner at hotel itself was nothing special.

There was not so much appliances in the room such as fridge, coffee maker, microwave etc. and we know this upon booking so no issue. It will just be more comfortable if we have these.

The location is perfect for those people wanting some peace and quiet! We loved chilling by the pool and the jacuzzi. Perfect way to recharge and rest. The staff was also super helpful and responsive!

Cleaning could be a little improved, we had some very dusty corners in our room, also some spiderwebs. The sunbeds could use daily cleaning too. Breakfast with more veggie/healthy options would be nice.

Very nice location and big wonderful pool with lots of sunbeds. Quiet area, you only hear the sheep. We booked the tower suite, it was spacious and we loved the newly renovated bathroom as well as the air condition. There is also a storage room for bikes with al neccessary tools. We booked the (external) laundry service and everything was perfectly organized by hotel staff. We will definitely return!
