I would love a more diversified breakfast but this is just my personal opinion.

Excellent location, walking distance from restaurants and bars. Close to a small beach and close to the famous beaches (by car) Very very very clean hotel, comfortable bed. The spa is fabulous, the pool as well.

We were happy with all aspects of the hotel, so no complaints.

An excellent hotel near a range of bars and restaurants (and a beach) in Cala blanca. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious, and the pool facilities perfect for the number of people present (with part in shade at all times of the day). The staff are very friendly and happy to help. The food buffet had a good selection of interesting options that varied each morning and evening. We used a car to get around but there was a bus stop near the hotel.

Dinner not included drinks. Had to pay for even water. However breakfast has all drinks including coffee juice milk, etc. Fridge and air conditioning works with room keys in your room. So you will have cold beverages next morning. The beach near the hotel is not so good. Stinks with rotten seaweed.

Breakfast and dinner were delicious with some of main dish changing daily. Staffs working diligently with smiles. Check in and out was fast.

We liked all of it! But to mention things that could improve to be even better: -The lights on the corredor were quite bright so having sensor lights in the night would be a good point to consider for the future. -Being able to have a packed take away breakfast if you have to leave early in the morning. We had to leave the hotel at 6am and we could have had a cold breakfast at 5:30am but we were not hungry so early, so having the option to take something packed would have been good (maybe a piece of fruit, a small bread with ham and cheese and a croissant or something similar?) But as I said we absolutely loved the hotel and all the staff! Hope to be back soon.

Very nice hotel 4 min walk from Cala Blanca where there are shops and restaurants too. Bear in mind that in low season this area is very quiet and even the shops are closed. There was one bar open though that was nice (Jenny’s) If you go there you must try the croquetas! I’m sure in summer this area will be much more busy and fun. It was perfect for us as we had a car to go around and wanted to relax. The hotel is lovely. It has a spa that you can use in the afternoon/evening and the facilities of the hotel are very nice. Our room had a nice balcony and bath. Room was also quite big. I must mention all the kind and lovely staff of the hotel with a special mention to waiters Gustavo and Sergio and the young man cooking the food. Amazing customer service! And very very nice food :) We will definitely be back!

I would suggest installing mosquito nets on the balcony windows/doors, at least at the first floor. It was still quite warm outside, but not everyone likes to sleep under the AC and would prefer to have the windows open instead.

Breakfast and dinner were amazing, with lots of options and well made food. The waiters were always quick to take dirty plates off our tables and very kind. The room was all in all comfortable and clean.

Freshly squeezed juice only served on sat and Sunday. In a 4 star we would expect fresh juice every day . Seems penny pinching and would rather you costed in fresh juice into rhe hotel cost.

It was all good during my stay, nothing to complain about.

Fantastic Breakfast, with plenty of options, omelette, sandwich eggs etc cooked to order. Dinner was the same, plenty of options and fish, meats cooked for you at the time.

The pool looked nice, room needs a few fittings replaced to keep up with the refurb, ie new air con control and new hairdryer in bathroom. Breakfast was lovely, buffet continental or English.

Comfortable hotel close to restaurants and beaches and shops so plenty to do. The hotel was quiet and relaxing, not overcrowded like some. The staff were wonderful. Entertainment every night, lovely sized pool and no fights for sunloungers!! great food. Everything you need for a perfect stay! We will definitely return.
