Great position and staff very helpful

The locations was perfect and the coffee shop that is near, is an excellent choice for breakfast

I would appreciate it if there was a fridge. Furthermore our room was at the top and the windows where at the ceiling so you couldn’t open them especially if it was raining. The room was extremely hot and for someone who can’t sleep with aircondition it is impossible to stay there.

Very comfortable room, very helpful staff and a great location with a lovely cafe downstairs with delicious food and quick service.

Just a suggestion - a kettle and a mirror in the room (not just in the bathroom) would add to the stay.

Great location, friendly staff, room was clean, comfortable and well equipped (even had a washing machine which was great!). Bar very reasonably priced.

The location in the Old town is perfect. Loved the cafe downstairs and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. They didn't just provide a map, they pointed things out and made lots of suggestions. The room was small but comfortable and great value for money. The ice cream place across the road is delicious.

Staff are so nice. Mr. Alex explained us very clearly and we appreciated his service minded. The location is exceptional. There are many restaurants and coffee shop nearby the hotel. From the train station, it is very convenient to reach the hotel by bus.

The food was great at the restaurant. Perfect for breakfasts ans snack. In the bedroom, the sheets were very soft.

Perfect location, nice cafe, clean and comfortable room. Yet it is the staff that tips my review into the stratsophere. Yes, the parking is tights, as it so often is in Spain. But a member of the staff actually walked us over to the garage and helped us to get the car in the right place. And the next day, he helped us to get it out again. Helpuf advice. The friendliest hotel we encountered in two weeks in northern Spain

It's the 1st time in my life that a hotel sent me a Beautiful message in reference to my stay, and the happibes they felt during my stayed. ALL PERSONNEL WERE FANTASTIC, MARVELLOUS, SUPER NICE AND HAPPY PEOPLE. And the hotel, very well located . The sibgke room perfect and super crean. And the café restaurante was SUPER TOO. , including of course, the persinnel

This is a city centre hotel with its own bakery downstairs. Although breakfast is not included there was a great choice in the hotel cafe along with a great selection of cakes. The staff were super friendly and the room was clean and relatively quiet. I great hotel and I would thoroughly recommend it.

There was building work going on in the street where the hotel was located which caused some noise as my room overlooked this and required the navigation of scaffolding, nothing to do with the hotel but a bit of an inconvenience. This shouldn't cause any issues in the future for anyone else.

Location.

Elevator only reach to fourth floor and our room is on fifth. There is no frig although it was listed. Not accurate.
