Pool needs freshen up Sun beds are not great/lots broken And not enough- led to chaos many days I was there Areas around pool need good refurb to maintain 5stars a standard is expected Pool bar only ok- needs better service Cocktails poor - pre mixed drinks are not good enough for 5star hotel in my opinion Smell of dope on more than one occasion around prefered guests area and rear of property wasn’t nice

Can’t fault it at all.

Gorgeous relaxing interiors, great secluded location. Which you could appreciate as soon as you walked through the doors. Our room was such a lovely size and bed was really big and so comfortable. Food was great and breakfast included was well worth it. A lovely walk into puerto calero marina was handy to try different restaurants but onsite restaurants are great as well. The pool areas are the best. Elevated style and lovely and quiet and relaxing. Gym was also great. Didn’t use the spa.

It looked exactly like the images, immaculately clean and well run. The staff were amazing, friendly and attentive. The food was also great, best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had.

I thought the food in the evening wasn't great, it lacked fresh salad and cold options for me

We loved the design throughout the hotel from the lobby to the restaurant and the rooms. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, especially Liana. The Spa was excellent and good value for money. I had a massage from Emily, who was superb. Breakfast was great with lots of choice.

Hotel staff were all very friendly and could not have been more helpful. Hotel room and communal areas were very clean and comfortable. No issues getting sun loungers at any time of the day. Great service for drinks by the pools. Pools were a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Great choice of food. World cafe was excellent for breakfast and lunch, great choice with plenty of variety. Restaurants Portofino and Bluewater Grill were delicious for dinner.

Pool side food at the Bluewater Grill was slightly expensive for the quality of food. Sports Bar was closed on Sunday and Monday so the only option for a drink on site was at the Piano Bar which is very formal and had entertainment so it's hard to talk to each other.

Beautiful hotel and grounds with lots of pools and plenty of poolside beds. Brilliant welcome on check in. The double room was a very comfortable size with nice his/hers sinks.

This is a very big facility - one might say massive. There was not much personal interaction (positive or negative) with the staff during our stay

The facility has excellent resort amenities. It is centrally located on the island. The breakfast was probably the best we had during our two weeks in the Canary Islands. Parking was also the best of any place we stayed.

Only things were the ‘preferred guest area’ which normal guests aren’t allowed to enter- a bit strange in a 5-star. And although the bed was very comfortable, it was two queen beds pushed together with separate sheets, covers etc. apart from that though everything was excellent

Lovely pool areas and bars, restaurants. Room was large, clean and comfortable with a nice balcony. The walk to Puerto Calero is along a nice promenade and there is tennis, paddle, gym and a very good spa too.

The lift was out of out of order so we used the staff one. I had the feeling that it had been out of order for longer than it should with no notification of when it would be fixed. It sort of let you down. We also found it difficult to navigate around the corridors for the first few days - there were no signs internally

Queues for dinner. The bar service was a bit convoluted with one person taking the order and another serving it to your table later on. It worked reasonably well nevertheless. The preferred lounge was very small with no views and had poor choice of drinks.

Dinner was generally quire good. Not sure if 5 star though. Breakfast in Portofino very good. Entertainment adequate. Pools and sun lounging area very good. Parking good.

It is a large hotel and was often it was really busy in the main buffet restaurant.

Lovely hotel, we had a spacious room with a sea view. We had the preferred room option meaning we could enjoy using a separate swimming pool and sunbathing area. Breakfast was available at the Portofino restaurant and a separate lounge for snacks and drinks throughout the day.
