I spent there 5 nights with my wife. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with large balcony. Delicious breakfast and staff who made us feel at home. The hotel’s location is very convenient, very quiet and very close to the city centre – 3 minutes’ walk. Despite the lack of hotel parking, it is very easy to find a free parking space in the numerous nearby streets. We recommend the hotel’s outdoor bar with excellent coffee and much more. We loved everything about this hotel and will definitely go back there.

The location and amenities were perfect for what me and my partner were looking. The staff both reception and cleaning went above and beyond proving anything we needed including a sun umberella to take to the beach and beach towels for your entire stay! Once we had checked out the hotel provides luggage keep and a shower facilities to use after the pool, this was a lovely touch! The pool was private, clean and not crowded, there was also always amaing music playing from the speaker at the pool which created a great atmosphere!! Would recommend to both family’s and younger travellers!

Had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Comfortable and clean hotel in a great location - walking distance to beaches and the town centre.

Well kept property, perfectly located. Short minutes walk to all the popular bars and restaurants + beach! The staff were kind and helpful and the facilities were very comfortable. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

This hotel is family run and you wouldn't ask for nicer people. Pilar and Ana were so helpful, warm and welcoming anytime you spoke with them. And Adrian at breakfast the same, warm welcome and friendly chats. We loved their idea of breakfast, cold buffet with everything you could want, then hot food freshly cooked to order! And you could order more if you wanted. It was the best breakfast I've experienced, eggs and bacon cooked to your liking. Other small hotels should follow suit! We stayed in the hotel building beside the pool, it's around the corner from main hotel reception. Pool was so clean and beds plentiful. Hotel was very clean all round and situated in a peaceful spot, minutes away from restaurants, bars and shops. There's a supermarket very close by. Beach is an easy walk, only minutes away. We visited 6 different coves, on foot, all so beautiful. Weather was just amazing. We loved our stay!

The staff was very helpful and kind, they let us store the luggage and have a shower after check-out, as our flight would he late night. They even provided a fresh towel for that.

The staff are very friendly at all times. The hotel is really clean and the breakfast is good.

Great location if you’re wanting to be near all the beaches! In the centre of everything but far enough away so you don’t hear anything at night. Such lovely staff who were so helpful with all our questions and needs like arranging a hire car, airport shuttle services, beach recommendations etc. Nice rooms with working aircon, large balcony and wifi. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ses Puntetes. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect – right in the centre of Cala d’Or but on a quiet street, and only about a 10-minute walk to two lovely beaches. Breakfast was fresh and varied, with both hot and cold options. Everything we needed was nearby, and the peaceful setting made it even more enjoyable. A great stay overall.

The staff at the hotel were amazing and the location of the property was excellent, really handy for beaches, restaurants & the marina. We booked 2 bedrooms but were given the 'house' next to the pool which was great for our family of 4.

I can't say anything bad about this hotel at all but if I were to mention a couple of small things, the beds in the house were hard and the bath towels were quite small and thin.

We booked very last minute after an awful experience elsewhere. So arrived late with a 2yr old and the staff upon arrival were kind, friendly and welcoming and gratefully spoke English. (Not expected at all but welcomed!) they were all so friendly and sweet to our son. Room was great, good aircon, all we needed. Breakfast buffet was fabulous Location to town, beach, food is amazing but
