The pool bar service was very poor, no matter the time of day or how many staff were working, a long queue or a small queue, you always waited far too long. Most people appeared to be either half board or all inclusive and it felt like it was deliberate to not serve people as quickly.

The water in the pools could have been warmer. I don’t get why the entertaining program for children took place so late in the evening. It ended after 11pm and we felt like we were at a music festival, it was difficult for our little one to fall asleep.

There are a few little things to improve overall. And I didn't get how I could add AI option - I thought I did but in the hotel it turned out that it was not included And very important thing - you should be among the first in the restaurant to avoid queues and bring a paper from the registration with you :)

Rooms were immaculate and nice. Breakfast has a variety of choices and everything is delicious. Location is just amazing - just two steps from the beach . I read reviews before and I can say that they have improved many things - staff speak English, they added people to work in the restaurant, rooms are renovated and clean.

We had only the breakfast included. The buffet was really generous; a lot of choices, but the food was average, but there were fresh fruits, eggs cook on demand and fresh bread.

Our family enjoyed the pool and the water slides. The hotel was 3 minutes walk to the beach and bus stop to Tarragona. The hotel rents bikes with baby chairs which we took advantage of to go to Salou (15 minutes bike ride on mostly bike paths). The are nicer beaches in Salou.

Bad and unhealthy breakfast Too touristy. We went out to have breakfast and we were shocked to see the price for a coffee with a croissant( 9,30 euros) , more expensive than London. We stay in Tarragona old town and we paid 2,30 for a coffee and croissant . That's the normal price all around Spain. Most of the bars around that area try to overcharge us... Terrible.

there is no animation as such, especially for children, no gym, the staff does not speak English well, the food in the restaurant is often undercooked, the dishes are poorly washed and there is not enough cutlery

there is a lot of Spanish, it makes you think that the hotel is only for people who speak Spanish. I would like the evening program to be conducted based on all tourists. the pool is only open until 7 and it is a bit sad. from 7 to 9, unfortunately, you can neither sunbathe near the pool nor swim and there is almost no entertainment.

It was very nice that the room was cleaned every day, for the child it was good that there was a pool with slides. The hotel is generally good and close to the beach.

Staff were amazing and friendly and the atmosphere was very family friendly overall. Pool was excellent and lifeguards on duty at all times. Busy in the dinning area but staff manage it well.

I definitely will improve on playground area. Only on swing and a slide. My son was not well for a few day and we avoided going to beach or pool. We spend some time at the hotel and the swing was always busy... Breakfast was almost the same every morning, but not really an issue for us. For the rest of the days I found enough food options. My kids complained about No Ice cream ( again not an issue for me) they had some type of yogurt with flavour..but not really ice cream.

I liked the room. The bathroom was big enough, beds were comfy. Staff members were really friendly and helpfull. Cleaning ladys were doing a very good job. I liked the pool because it had sildes for little ones, my 4 years old was exited to spend a lot of time in the pool. The hotel was clean inside and outside. When my daughter was not well, I had the option to go a hospital or have a doctor coming to the hotel...which it was helpful. The hotel is close to the beach and bus station. We traveled to Barcelona and local area. It was a good holiday. Thank you.

I didnt like that the entertainment & kids club was all in Spanish even the aqua aerobics the Instructor was doing the session in Spanish I know it’s probably not the biggest deal but when you have all other nationalities at least have a little bit of English

If you walk around the city, La-Pineda is boring and there is nothing to see, you have to go at least to Salou, and this is necessarily by car or by bus, because on foot is very far.Quite small rooms, a family of 4 people has nowhere to turn around, huge queues in the restaurant from 8-9 pm, in which you can stand for an hour, dirty dishes in the restaurant, for dinner is not included even water, all drinks must be ordered for money! All animation and entertainment in Spanish language.

Good price/quality balance, friendly staff, close to the sea and a lot to do for the kids. Rooms cleaned every day, varied food in the restaurant.
