The property was expansive, exceptionally clean, full of like minded interesting and respectful people. I lived that they offered morning yoga five times a week and there were loads of families there so our daughter made a lot of friends which we all enjoyed. Lovely to have the pool and the ocean right there.

The restaurants in the immediate surrounding areas were very average but the food at the hotel was very good and the Kabo Beach House (part of the hotel) was great.

It is overall a nice hotel and very close to the beach. The beach itself is okay. The rooms are nice. Breakfast and meals were good to very good, although not exceptional. The check-in service was slightly awkward and complicated. The staff at the restaurant were very nice and helpful.

The breakfast could offer a broader and fresher selection. The staff, while mostly friendly, should be more customer-focused, especially at reception and during check-in where first impressions matter most. Although we booked and specifically requested a fully ocean-facing suite, the one we received was only partially ocean-facing, which was disappointing.

We have stayed here before. Nice quiet location but a 10 min walk into Palma nova or short cab ride.

Nothing we didn’t like.

Good location, not far from the airport and with direct access to the beach with sunbeds. The beach is not big and not crowded. It’s also very pretty as it is a bit away from the city. All areas are clean and taken care of. Beautiful flowers and plants all around. Staff is outstanding - always with a smile and providing great service. Spa area is pretty good too.

We had breakfasted included. It was pretty good, but can add a bit more variety to non-pork meat options.

Nothing I did not like

Very clean! Our room was great for comfort and wasn't small. The breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious, so many different options for both breakfast and dinner which would alternate every 2-3 days. It would mainly be the same food but was nonetheless delicious.

We got the superior double room with partial sea view. I did expect to see more of the sea but apart from that the view was still amazing. There's not much to say that I didn't like. The staff were very friendly and nice.

Reception staff not very friendly. Difficulty getting a taxi. Bedroom shower facility not great in a glass box with a see through blind, guests next door kept us awake every night until early hours talking on the balcony. Pool too small for the volume of guests. Private beach area open to anyone who paid for a bed, some unsavoury people.

Hotel itself could easily be a five star. Is set on a lovely beach that has no immediate access to the water, you need to enter the sea via a jetty. Important to know this as it's not immediately apparent. All restaurants on the beach are delicious and affordable. Spa is superb and was included. Good breakfast. Staff were amazing. Beds were perfect.

The evening dinner buffet somewhat let the hotel down, the quality of the food is not as good as the rest of the hotel, it feels rather canteen ish. Expensive per night just like all other hotels in Mallorca.

The most loveliest staff who looked after us. The adults pool upstairs. Cannot fault this place. It was amazing. And defo do an upgrade - it’s worth it

The beach in front of the hotel was not good at all . Deep water not clear as other beaches in Mallorca and we can't swim with a baby as we can't stand.... We had to go to palmanova playa to swim .

Relaxed, comfortable and beautiful hotel

Stayed at this hotel many many years ago and so much has changed but nothing has been spoilt. All looks a lot smarter. Huge extension. Stayed in a superior double which was in the newer part of the hotel. The gardens are lovely. Fantastic choice in food and each evening has a different theme.
