Lovley building and huge room. Fab furnishings as per the pictures. However, aestetically very very tired and not as prestine as the pictures reflect. Needs redecorating inside and outside. Ironing board and iron provide but the iron board cover has a large rip. Such a shame as no doubt it was a beautiful place one upon a time as the pictures currently provided on thia aitw reflect but it looks so tired and unloved right now.

Location was fabulous and with easy access to amenities and in walking distance. Fridge coffee making facilcities and microwave provided. Although i did not use as I was out waxh day and ate out each day too. la Sala is fab for breakfast for 12 euros or under just at the top of the road. Lovely helpful staff available on the phone numbwe provided. You must let them know when arriving to meet you at the property. Phone number is provided on booking.com

There is a bad smell in the bathroom but that is not uncommon in spain. A lot of ants and other bugs on the floors and windows but again not uncommon.

This room is all about the location, so close to the center of Puerto Banus. 12 minute walk to the harbour. The room is very large and the bed is huge. Good shower. Large terraces to sit and have coffee, breakfast etc.

perfect location , air con great! shower great, had fridge/ freezer for ice , iron, hairdryer, kettle, coffee machine , huge bed! , very nice friendly guy/ owner of property, very nice friendly people also staying there too I guess. first impressions a little weird with set up ( as in the way we locked door from inside and curtain across patio slide glass doors as we enter room but very quickly felt comfortable and once u got head around the quirkiness it was great!!! so many positives so that couple of negatives weren’t really a problem. such value for money and spot on location . la Sala restaurant 3 minute walk away so if you check that out you’ll see and lastly very quite!!!! never heard a sound at night so slept very well and very chilled in the large room

Wasn't quite what we expected but turned out perfect for what we wanted. ..would def book again.. It's not luxury but everyone was friendly helpful and there's a very friendly black and white cat called Picasso.

Location was amazing Parking was easy Just 1 big room and 1 shower room in a Mexican film set house... Different...

A little hard to find the place. There is a barrier on the street which you need to approach it and will open automatically, but we didn't know that:). Lack of kitchen facilities, but small fridge was present.

Good quiet location, very spacious room, free parking.

The rented room is located in an old, abandoned building that looks like a heritage site. The premises had a peculiar unpleasant smell, which the owner/caretaker is trying to eliminate with deodorants. It is obvious that the building is neglected and no investment is made in it at all. The environment around the building is disappointing and very depressing and untidy. The equipment and facilities in the room are outdated, worn and broken, there is a lack of basic kitchen utensils and dishes. After using up one roll of toilet paper left and reporting it to the caretaker by phone, they will not bring any more. The bathroom is very damp, mold has formed somewhere.

Location was quite well, parking usually available on the street.

This property isn’t the same as the pictures. The bathroom is completely malfunctioning, the room was a room in an abandoned villa. As my friend and I went to leave after the eventful and uncomfortable stay two men showed up and entered the property claiming they bought it 2 months ago and that they are illegally renting it out and posting it on websites. This property is not in conditions to stay at and have a comfortable holiday. My friend and I were uncomfortable and felt we were in the middle of a dodgy situation.

There is no kitchen, so if you want to cook, you ll have only a microwave available. If you stay several days, it's not a problem, however, surrounding bar and restaurants are not so cheap.

ALERT! Do not book this! This is an abandoned house and nothing like the pictures shows. A total scam, scary old dirty house, no restaurant and you are alone there. This is not a place you should rent out, it has no safety at all. It’s the biggest disappointment and I had to leave immediately and cancel my booking.

Everything is perfect

Location is great. Few meters walk from the port and lot of restaurants near the place. Room is very big and comfy. We had actually the whole villa for us which is very big and has a big patio. The owner Sonia is very helpful and always available. Highly recommended for short or long stay. Couldn’t find better place

Here are the major issues we encountered: 1. **Curtains and Sunlight:** Every morning, the sun shines directly through the thin curtains. If you’re not a morning person, expect to be woken up early every day. 2. **Lack of Cleaning Services:** We stayed for a week and not once was our room cleaned. Don’t expect any housekeeping during your stay. 3. **Dangerous Electrical Sockets:** The electric sockets were half broken and seemed very dangerous. This is a significant safety hazard. 4. **No Water Upon Arrival:** There was no water provided upon arrival, and the closest supermarket is about a 10-minute walk away. Make sure to bring water from the airport. 5. **Broken Door Lock:** The inside door does not lock, which is a huge safety concern. We didn’t feel secure at all. 6. **Bug Infestation:** Bugs were everywhere. This is false advertising. 10. **Unclean Environment:** The overall cleanliness of the environment was very poor. It felt neglected and dirty. 11. **Pets on Property:** They have dogs and cats roaming around. A cat even came inside and slept on our bed. As someone allergic to cats, this was a nightmare and I spent my vacation sneezing. 12. **Shower Issues:** The shower is stuck, and you can't shower for more than 5 minutes without the water overflowing. This is highly inconvenient.

Antonio and Sonia are really sweet. They take care of you as much as they can. The location is AMAZING.

stated on website there was a bar and restaurant at the facility but neither there. As i was travelling alone I would have liked to have somewhere to eat. Security to the room was very poor. Door could not be locked from inside, only be a hook. this really needs to be looked at, especially for people travelling alone.
