Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

AustriaLunch food was quite expensive, a strawberry plate upon arrival as a favor from the hotel attracted loads of ants but the room was changed quickly, nice restaurants were a long walk or short taxi ride away - not many in the vicinity
Spacious room, kind and helpful staff, amazing view, great breakfast selection, great cocktails

United KingdomEvening entertainment was a singer But would be nice for something different one night We checked out at 11am and were staying at hotel until flight Luggage looked after and showers for later which was great. But no one explained that lunch or food or drink no longer allowed without paying. I think it would have been much better to know this in advance. I have never had this before. All hotels on all inclusive that I have been to have not stopped food or drink. This is my fourth Iberostar hotel. I was embarrassed when I went for a lemonade as I did not know. We don’t drink alcohol anyway.
Prestige fab Liked the pools, hammock. Beds etc

I loved this hotel. It is not the most modern place I stayed in but it has its charm. The suits are amazing, the staff were incredible and the views breathtaking. I will definitely be back

United KingdomEntertainment at night could have been better.
Room was lovely. Stayed in the penthouse suite which they had a few penthouse suites and staff were very friendly and made you feel special. Room was cleaned every day and breakfast was lovely. We also got treated to the complimentary Teppanyaki show meal and the chef and waitress were both lovely.

AustraliaOur only gripe was the bad constant odour in the bathroom. Not a hotel issue, but don’t rent an EV car. Good luck trying to charge it.

United KingdomHaving to give your room number every 5 minutes
Clean, spacious, comfortable. Fantastic friendly staff. Food was incredible… I’m sorry anyone complaining is only used to the children’s section in a 5* all inclusive with chips, nuggets and plain pasta. Lots of selection. Breakfast was glorious the omelettes were lovely - and a mimosa too! Lots of seafood, meat and vegetarian options. Drinks all so so lovely. I would really recommend going star prestige as it’s worth the little extra just for the nicer sun loungers, pool and space. It got crowded by the normal pool it seemed. Very quiet, but would highly recommend if it’s a quiet break you want.

IrelandIt was hard to get beds together at the pool but this was a very small inconvenience and there were 11 of us!
Service, food and accommodation were excellent. The location is great although we didn't leave the hotel so don't know about Santa Ponsa. Highly recommend full board for a weekend with friends, great value and super food.

PolandIf I had to choose something I’d only say that bathroom could have been bigger and water in pools could have been colder. But it simply didn’t matter given everything else that was exceptional

IrelandDidn't really need the jacuzzi bath in the middle of the apartment/bathroom, otherwise all good.
Staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us. Location beside the sea was fab and as we were all-inclusive we didn't leave the hotel that much. Food was also great with a wide selection to suit all needs.

United KingdomHotel was quiet as late April. Stayed in star prestige area, b&b basis, in this area was a heated pool, jacuzzi, cabanas, free snacks though day, poolside bar. Lovely food and facilities. Room layout well thought out, king size bedroom, sofa bed in living room when the snoring was too much, shower and toilet in their own room with double whirlpool bath opening into living area so you could see the view, plus it's the small things, the fixed hairdryer wasn't in the bathroom so two could get ready at the same time. Had breakfast on the restaurant veranda looking at this view every morning. Never felt so relaxed. Wow

United KingdomWe unfortunately couldn’t BT link the TVs in our room onto our phones so we could stream movies. If it were possible to do that it potentially would’ve been the perfect stay
As soon as the doors open to get into the lobby, you’re blasted with the smell of fragrance. Didn’t know what the name of it was but it was quite pleasant when walking in. The staff were extremely friendly and happy to help with any of our queries. Facilities and rooms were clean and usable. The room was cleaned daily and we even had our clothes politely folded and anything else neatly stacked and aligned on the shelves. Breakfast was the highlight of our holiday, only bad thing about it was the stomach ache we got from eating so much.

United StatesThe all inclusive option was "mostly all inclusive". I probably woudn't get that option again. It was very confusing. Most annoying was the food at the bar cafe was NOT included. Mini bar in room that was included was very limited. All wine except house was was NOT included. Room had not a single painting, or decoration. Was like a dorm room.

United KingdomNothing, you should simply visit.
The amenities were simply excellent, quality furniture and plenty of spaces for leisure, sunbathing, eating and swimming. But the real stars were the staff, from the moment we arrived Armira made us feel welcome and spoiled us as if we were the only guests in the hotel. This was a common trend across all the staff from the cleaner to the bar staff (shoutout to Kiko & Denise) they all looked after us ever considerate of preferences and context. If you are after a break that is both luxurious and excellent in hospitality, this hotel is my first recommendation in Mallorca. Food 100/10 staff 100/10 view & amenities 100/10. Is it worth going all inclusive - YES is it worth the extra money over similar local offerings, yes the customer care and ongoing attention to detail is definitely worth the extra money per night stay. We will be back for sure

United KingdomBuffet plancha cooking station could have done with some better quality meat eg better steak, maybe some lamb etc Carvery roasts should have been on every night. House red wine not great. Object to being charged for 'sodastream" carafe water. Steam room was dangerously hot. Santa Ponca not the greatest area. Maybe not the correct area for this comment...bit of an afterthought...there is no real need to pay the extra for the fancy rooms with the private hot tubs.. they're all cheek by jowls with the room next door and are overlooked by the higher floor rooms.
Hotel cleanliness, variety of food , excellent sunbathing terrace and main pool. Fantastic breakfasts. The staff were unfailingly helpful, smiling, and courteous....a huge asset to the hotel. And of course , best of all, the glorious view of the bay
