Token system for pool towels. Room wasn't cleaned properly most days - surface level hoping to seem like a proper clean. Checked in online but then still had to go through full process at hotel, which takes too long.

Great location. Really comfortable beds. Fantastic view (if paid for). Great choice and quality of food. Lovely bar area. Friendly staff.

For American travelers the rooms are small but have good storage and luggage areas. The elevators and quite slow and small.

The hotel is in a convenient neighborhood that has restaurants and shopping that are easily accessible. The staff and restaurant staff is very good. The hotel has 3 very small elevators so people on the 9th floor have to wait a very long tine to get a ride. With luggage, maybe 2 people can use the elevator. Nice small sized indoor pool. Outdoor pool looks great but I was not there during the appropriate season for use.

Very poor room isolation.

Nice hotel 5 mins walk from beach. Sauna is nice to relax in winter. Room was clean and spacious as well as view was nice.

There were disgusting sausages and juice on breakfast, but there were other acceptable food. Hard tasteless tomatoes. Dirty plates. The cleaning was not stable. Once the cleaning lady threw away my hotel card with useful information. Other times they moved my shoes from the floor to the shelf with clothes. I ended up declining cleaning at all and kept a 'don't disturb' sign on my door.

The location is great, beautiful beach in 5 minutes by foot. The staff are friendly, helpful and nice. There is a self-service laundry in the basement. Different kinds of great cooked meat for dinner. I had room on the 9th floor with an astonishing view on the sea and a cosy balcony.

It would be nice to offer water for breakfast, not just drinks like juice of average quality. Then, the air conditioning worked pretty well but it was too noisy for me at night to sleep normally, and it blows just over your head, so I slept with it off- fortunately, the night temperature was quite comfortable. I don’t also like the wardrobe style with no doors and shelves open, however, except for that the room in general looks nice and functional.

Great location, close to the beach and the airport, good wifi, friendly staff, especially the restaurant manager and the guy at the reception;) as well as decent breakfast and dinner with wide variety of food, good coffee, relaxing atmosphere, clean rooms and comfortable beds, the electric kettle and the fridge in the room, a welcoming carton of water, convenient shower and in general simple but pleasant modern design. The stay was definitely worth its price. I had a late flight back and I was allowed to extend my stay in the room till the evening for just 30€, which was great. Anyway, even if there isn’t such a possibility, you can leave your luggage and use the hotel facilities after checkout. When I was reading reviews before my stay, there were some complaints about noise from other rooms but I didn’t feel it at all- maybe I was lucky, but my room was quiet in that respect.

There was a smell coming from the shower but we didn't report it staying just for 2 nights.

The hotel appears recently renovated, featuring a nice, clean design. Rooms with balconies are spacious, and there are open wardrobes in the room. The pool offers plenty of sunbeds, and the restaurant is a significant highlight—both breakfast and dinner were exceptional. They have also food truck near the pool which is cool and I haven't seen it before. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any inquiries. You can check out and use the facilities, including spa shower if your flight is in the evening. It was perfect for our short stay.

There were some limestone buildup in the shower other than that it seemed pretty hygienig in the bathroom. The hotel has no bicycle parking spot we had to lock the bycycles to the trees in front of the hotel.

The room was pretty good. It wasnt too big or too small. It had everything you need from a hotelroom. It was clean enough. There were plenty of towels, they had shower gels, shampoo etc. The price included a great breakfast in the morning. The hotel has a nice clean swimming pool for those who'd like to swim but the sea is too cold them. I didn't use the spa, but it was nice to have to option to go a sauna. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Bedroom walls are paper thin. Woken up at 5 am by a group of girls returning from their night out. Could hear them chat in the next door room.

There are a lot of German tourists who behave inappropriately! Our neighbors were banging their heads against the wall and screaming as if they were about to die. But it's not the hotel's fault... The only thing I didn't like was that the waiters at breakfast and dinner didn't give us the opportunity to eat in peace, every 5 minutes they wanted to take away the plates, we had the feeling that they wanted to get rid of us as soon as possible

The hotel has a great location! If you are lucky, there will be a view of the sea and the mountains! Friendly staff at the reception, they gave us slippers upon request, we had a very early departure, they arranged for us to have a snack, the night porter was very nice. The hotel has a small indoor pool, which is great when it's raining outside. There were good breakfasts to suit any taste, but dinners are bliss - everything is very tasty. Delicious desserts. The rooms are spacious enough, clean, comfortable beds.

Comfortable bed, clean room. Good accessibility i.e. ramps into the hotel and the pool, railings in the bathroom. Free parking for guests. Seems to be aimed at older clientele and not somewhere I would usually stay (either the hotel or the resort) but I just stayed for 1 night to be close to the airport for my early flight and it was perfect for that.

Clean hotel , friendly staff and in an excellent location. My room had a stunning panoramic view of the sea. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options for all tastes.
