How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

They only have 3 slots for check in and check out. Took forever to check in and check out. They need dedicated for check in a d check out. It takes 30 min or more for each and it not enough people. Next room service food was horrible you only have 3 items on the menu and the club sandwich was awful. The hotel devised by the middle so if you are on one side you have to take the elevator to reception then cross over to the other side to take an elevator to breakfast or restaurant. Not convenient at all and like a maze with no direction just chaos and dysfunctional

This is my third stay at this hotel. My first two visits were solo trips, staying in VIP rooms. I loved the location and beautiful views, so I decided to return with my two young children and their nannies. The 4 PM check-in time clashes with international standards, especially considering check-out is at 12 PM. This leaves very little time for anything if you're only staying for a day. The pool opens at 11 AM, which is dangerously hot in June with young children due to the direct sunlight. In other warm-weather destinations, pools typically open at 8 AM. Another issue is the €20 daily parking fee, which significantly detracts from the hotel's reputation. The double stroller doesn't fit in the room or the elevator, making getting around with it from the parking lot, around the grounds, and to breakfast extremely difficult. Leaving the stroller in the room is impossible because it has to be maneuvered sideways. The check-in process at reception was also extremely slow, taking about 30 minutes with completely unprepared staff. The receptionist lost her phone and claimed we hadn't given her a copy of our reservation until I asked to review the security cameras. Only then did she quickly find her phone. The reception area itself felt very unwelcoming and unfriendly. Such a poor welcome experience makes me reluctant to return. Dinner starts at 7:30 PM, again contradicting international standards. The explanation given was that this is Spain, but if the hotel accepts families with children, they should consider their routines. In most hotels worldwide, dinner starts at 7 PM. The staff were unresponsive to complaints about the stroller and other issues, raising serious concerns about customer service, loyalty, and the likelihood of a return visit.

Verified reviewFrom arrival you just knew it was going to be good. beautiful hotel beautiful location we cannot wait to come back! Food was great and in the level there was a heated pool. Kids area was one of the best we have been too.
Property itself was fantastic - food was great and staff were very attentive. We stayed in the level which was great - the only thing we would say is we got hounded to try and join a circle program - at first we thought it was just a loyalty program so was interested however it turned out to be a 5 year program where they wanted £4,000 a year from you - cut a long story short it just seemed a scam and they were very pushy so just try and avoid this.

Verified reviewThe breakfast was was really good, and that was the only meals we had there. We really appreciated access to the Level lounge and the Level area, which included a heated swimming pool. That was a luxury in February which really gave that little extra to our trip. And the hotel area, constructed in a village like plan was simply amazing and well worth walking around and enjoy. And the location with several villages as well as Benidorm just a short drive away was really nice, because we felt it was peaceful and quiet - as we hoped for.
They obviously had problems of keeping birds out of the restaurant, and I am a bit sceptic about what those birds can do with the croissants. I have seen the same issue other places, and I really think food hygiene is too important to be left over to whatever birds think is good enough.

Verified reviewWe liked to design of the hotel. So many private spaces in the gardens to go to and be quiet despite it being a large hotel. The heated swimming pool was wonderful and the food very varied and good. This is our 3rd visit and we will return.
There are some maintenance issues around the hotel that should have been dealt with. Our room wasn’t serviced until 4.30 and one day we had to ask. Not the level of service you would expect for a 5 star hotel.
