The showers were the only part that could use a bit of extra help. They just needed some new tiles and a new shower curtain.

The room is not very big, but this was not an issue for us.

Good price for the offer; the room had all the basic necessities including toiletries (which smelled great!). Breakfast included, in the coffee downstairs, with good enough range of options. Very good location; the city is really easy to visit by foot/public transport, and the hotel is well located for this. Although the hotel is just across the street from the football stadium, there was no noise at all we could notice.

There was hair in the shower when I arrived, so the cleanliness was unfortunately an issue.

You could hear people coming in and out of the rooms. Coffee shop where breakfast was served was dirty. They didn't clean tables between customers, so out of the 3 nights we booked, we just have breakfast 1 morning.

The room was ok for the money, however we could hear the neighbors coming and going. Also there was some odor coming out of the bathroom one day, most like from the sewer, but luckily it was gone for the evening.

Convenient location. We liked a college town feel. Breakfast buffet was lovely with lots of fruits and fresh espresso. Cafe stuff members were always friendly and helpful!

In general my room was clean, but there were some details like some liquid was spilled on the wall (before I checked in) and I think they could've have cleaned it before I arrived to the room. There also like some hairs (not mine) on the floor, which I personally find disgusting. Obviously it is not in perfect state, but in general, I didn't find anything horrendous

Advantages: - so annoyingly comfortable bed that it was too hard to get up - you can leave the luggage if needed - good size room - excellent breakfast with high quality products, good coffee, fresh orange juice and nice employees - great location - 25 min of walk to the old town, easy reach of the buses and metro stations - would love to come back - l'occitane cosmetics to wash that smell amazingly The small thing that you might want to look at is the drainage within the shower, as the water stays in the shower, drains slowly, and can overflow.
