We didn't notice that there was no kettle in the room, so you couldn't make tea or anything else warm. During dinner, you need to buy all drinks; not even tap water is included. The hotel pool is kind of small, but luckily the beach is right next door.

The hotel was well-located, just three minutes from the beach and restaurants, bars, etc. The food was good, but there were very few vegetarian options. Nearly everything had meat, salami, ham, etc. The staff was very friendly, except for the dining service. They were very stressed out.

One of the receptionist: I stayed with my family and my 3 years old daughter. There is no proper play area for kids. Also I had a bad experience while check out the room and book the taxi . As a guest I have requested the reception people to book the taxi . And when we enquired about the time they said you have to wait for 10 mins outside. You don’t believe us we have waited more than an hour . Every 15 mins I have checked about the taxi with the receptionist but she didn’t replied properly . She said we have already called the taxi and we are not sure when they will come. It doesn’t sound good? And it’s raining outside. My 3 year old daughter started crying. Finally I booked my own cab without their help and I asked again to cancel the taxi booking made by the receptionist’s, again they are not sure what they are doing and they are so confused and not sure what to reply. so I left the place without any words. My stay experience was a mixed feeling after this incident.

The youngsters and some rude &drunk customers, in the next room they made the noise all day night long although we try to notice the reception staffs. The wall was so thin so you can hear any sound from corridor and your neighbours activity .

the pool could have been bigger and warmer but delightful nonetheless. also, towels at the pool. not sure if i just missed them, but that would have been nice.

the location, just a short walk to the ocean and stores. the boardwalk can get unruly at dusk, we encountered a lot of drunken tourists. the location of the hotel is perfect though for a stroll down to dinner. the location to the airport was ten minutes. the lobby was immaculate and the room had a great balcony where we could watch couples dancing by the bar down at the pool.

The wall between the rooms are thin hence it is not sound proof. We can hear the people (child crying) from adjacent room especially at night.

The hotel was very close to the beach, only 2 mins walk. Plenty of stores and restaurant nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have a holding room luggage. The rooms are clean and modern. The television is also working. Great balcony view. Facilities are amazing. They have gym, outdoor and indoor swimming pool. The breakfast buffet was amazing, plenty of food variety. I just wish they have a longer serving time.

The kitchen/restaurant manager is very rude and can be a little considerate to people who are slightly late. Especially a case with us when we had a little baby and we were 5 minutes delayed and they denied any entry to the dinner area and have outrightly rejected our request to have atleast some remains for the baby and were absolutely inconsiderate even of the 6 year old baby. That attitude of his should be dealt with immediately as i dont want this to be repeated for any family who have babies

The hotel management was very nice in that they have exceeded the expectations as per my request and has given a bigger room that what i expected which was pleasant surprise Very spacious room, very spacious hotel overall and quite lavish ! Breakfast and Dinner spread of varieties are numerous but vegetarian varieties are very limited

I did not like the fact that on the last day, as the hotel was closing for the season, the staff a bit rude... Some of the food and drinksyou would get at breakfast was not available and when you asked the staff about it they just said "NO" and that is it... quite rude... I came out of the dinning room with a coffee and was treated like I just robbed the place... Shame, as the rest was perfect!

I liked the location, the views.... The proximity to the beach.... The price... I liked the girl that was at the bar, she was nice.

A kettle would have been nice to have tea on a morning in the room . Cleaners started too early no soap in the wash basin just in the shower . The noise from the Hotel opposite was very loud until 1am

Great Views from the Balcony from room 1002 not far from the sea and amazing Sunsets . Very pleased we got a double bed at booking with short notice .

There was no soap at the sink to wash hands only in the shower. Although variety of food at dinner is wide, the quality is sometimes lower than it would be expected from a 4* hotel.

We enjoyed a lot staying in this hotel. It was our first time in Palma and really everything was amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff, attentive service during mealtime, great selection of food (breakfast and dinner), nice ambience of the room and hotel in general. As an addition, bus stops are located in a walking distance and very easy to get into the centre of Palma, shopping centre (FAN) and Airport as well.

I chose this hotel because of its decent overall rating, but my experience was far below expectations—borderline unacceptable. The first morning felt like waking up in hell. Non-stop loud noises from cleaning machines filled the air, making it impossible to rest. To make matters worse, our room was placed right next to the glass container, ensuring we got the full experience of the garbage truck emptying bins at an ungodly hour. Absolute misery. We requested a room change, and while I appreciate that they accommodated us, I find it incomprehensible that we were assigned such a terrible room in the first place—especially during a period when the hotel was far from full. As if that wasn’t enough, the next morning at 11:05 AM, we were rudely reminded that check-out was at 11 AM sharp—as if we were being kicked out, despite the fact that we were literally about to leave. How unprofessional and discourteous! To top it off, there is no nearby parking whatsoever. The overall lack of respect for guests is staggering. If you value basic customer service and a peaceful stay, just avoid this hotel.
