The apartment exceeded our expectations — modern, fully equipped, and in the heart of Valencia. Super comfortable beds, a large swimming pool, all amenities including dishwasher and washing machine, and everything you need nearby, e.g. supermarkets and restaurants. Highly recommended!

It was spacious and a good location for Palaus de les Arts.

Very basic facilities and equipment. Furniture was poor quality.

Spacious. Great to have two bathrooms. Pool was very nice and location excellent - particularly the access to buses around the city. Also easy to walk to many places

1. The layout of the twin bedroom. You had to step over the second bed to access the window and the lamp and light switch was on the other side of the room. 2. The kitchen had insufficient socket points. You had to unplug the kettle to turn on the coffee machine. A multi-socket extension would have been great. 3. I think it would be nice if the apartment was a little more generous with toilet roll. We had to go out and buy more during our visit and left the additional loo rolls there. 4. We were only left one tea towel. This felt too little for a weeks stay. There was no separate hand towel I. The kitchen. 5. In the UK Airbnb’s all leave some very basic cooking stuff… salt, pepper, oil etc There was two coffee pods and that was it (maybe some tea bags) 6. I didn’t find a guide to the flat with details for using WiFi, air conditioning, recycling etc. would have been really useful.

Location was perfect for us. I travelled for marathon weekend and I was approximately 1000m from bag drop. Also 1 minute walk to the famous park which was full of runners at all time. Location was also 800m from a supermarket with access to restaurants in the local area. The apartment it's self was well equipped with lots of space. There was 3 of us stayed in the apartment and my 1 year old (nearly 2) was able to run around safely and play. We often cooked in as restaurants closed mid afternoon and reopened 20:00 which was a little late for our son who we kept on UK time. Equipment was plentyful and we even did most of the washing before returning home. The building has someone on the gate 24hrs and they were always very friendly as we're the neighbours. Don't think we.had a nights deserved sleep. Except for my child waking up. Communication from the accommodation was excellent and they were very helpful throughout the process. When I return I hope to book the same apartment.

Couple of minor points. There was no tea towel in the kitchen which meant we had to use a towel to dry the dishes but it was not the end of the world. We also would have liked a 'Welcome Book' that outlined a few things about the apartment, bus routes and the like which is generally standard in rented apartments. There was a bus stop right outside ans without my own research I wouldn't have known where it went. Not a big deal for me. But it would be a nice addition. Honestly these anlre minor things in the grand scheme of things. But, every little convince helps when you are visiting a foreign country.

Dated bathrooms, complicated access

Apartment was excellent, much more spacious than expected with a lovely view. It was very clean and the facilities were great. The pool area was nice too. There is a bus stop outside to take you to the centre of Valencia or the beach.

More towels would have been good. We weren’t able to use pool once we checked out at 11am as the apartment key is required to get to the pool area.

Clean, spacious, good facilities and great location

Nice, spatious apartment. We had everything we needed. The bus station is exactly at the building exit. 5-10 min walk to Hemispheric, 5 min walk to Park Gulliver We had a beautiful view of the Hemispheric and the amazing fireworks from Las Fallas .

The only things I would like to mention, maybe for future improvements (but these did not impact our stay in any way): the dishwasher is making a concerning noise while in use, and in the small bathroom, the doors do not close completely, making the water from the shower to leak

Communication from the owner was excellent, the apartment has it's own digital lock you can open via an app, it was easy to use and convenient. The pictures of the apartment show exactly what you will find when you arrive, it's a modern very well-kept building. We chose this accomodation because it's perfectly situated to visit the beautiful valley of arts and sciences and the bus stop right in front of the building gives a perfect access in one direction to the city center and also to the beach in the other direction without any transfer. We really appreciated the two bathrooms with the two bedrooms. The oven, the coffee maker and all other kitchen appliances were in perfect condition, suitable to whip up quick meals. It was a nice suprise that the building's swimming pool was still operating in late October.
