convinient location, satisfactory breakfast menu and great service

The location was conveniet for accessing most touristic places. They had good coffee and the staff were sweet and ready to assist me.

They should work on their overall cleaness. There were a few cockroaches in my room. It did not bother me, but it might represent them in a negative way for other visitors.

I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and I paid only 64 €, it's a fair price also if we compare it with the prices of the area. It's really close to Bole airport and one cool thing is that breakfast is included. The restaurant was really good, I ate different things every morning and every time I was surprised by the taste. Also the juices were good. The personnel were really kind, welcoming me always with a smile and always ready to help in case of necessity. I will surely come back and suggest the place to my friends.

The facility was very clean and service at the facility was beyond my expectation and their pricing is fair.

Wow! So sad to have to write this! But where do I start. I arrived at the hotel and was greeted with respect! I was shown a room that basically was crawling with cockroaches! And I mean crawling with them. I have all the pictures to prove my experience was DISGUSTING AND EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. The guy didn’t see me that bothered but just came with some cockroach power. I had to ask to change the room rite away, (which they did after some protests) it was the same thing in that room too but I was not able to ask for another change of room. AVOID THIS PLACE WITH YOUR EVERY FIBRE!… AVOID THIS PLACE! as for the meal I ordered! ROASTED CHICKEN WINGS, which as a chef I know will take a good 30 (minimum) and Yh l! I was happy to wait!. If they were cooked from scratch it takes time to cook., but I received them in 8mins! They wer covered in sauce to hide the facts they had LITERALLY been cooked in the microwave and attempted to be passed off as roasted chicken wings!… They we’re white as hell and under cooked! I’ve never eaten nor been serve a CHEWY chicken wings!. I took them straight back to the kitchen and they didn’t even offer anything different or my money back. Not even something else! I didn’t even eat one of the wings! They were basically raw! The staff are just lost if this is what and how they are serving as food!. Further more. I stopped using microwaves in 2012 and even before that, I never really had one! Raw chicken wings, Cockroaches, dirty dirty room! Rusty taps in the bathroom, it’s been very very mouldy taps in the bathroom! Holes in the balcony door which lets the cold in, and many cockroach’s too, so the room is EXTREMELY COLD!… I’m not usually one to leave a review. But they made no attempts to fix the situation and still made me pay the full amount which really am shocked about! and the for that’s. my heart telling me to write this review and WARN OTHERSThe room is riddle with roaches! Hole in the wall I was told that just how it is!
