However, we are truly sorry for not meeting your expectations regarding structural infrastructure, and we apologize that the structure was precarious. This isn’t the level of service we strive for, and we're committed to making the necessary improvements. We regularly maintain our facilities to ensure a safe, pleasant, and comfortable atmosphere for everyone. While you were placed in a quiet and wider room, we do offer other rooms with a balcony with substantial windows, and we were worried that the sound from the street might disturb you. Our hotel is usually praised for its attention to detail, and I’m sorry we missed the mark this time.
