Room size was good, wifi was good and location was good. However, there were mosquitoes, door lock doesn't feel safe, toilet windows were not covered with curtains , shower needed some maintence also breakfast was not good.

I paid for an extra night despite been stranded at the airport for extended period. I was billed for no show.

The pickup driver was amazing, the staff at the reception were good, but I think language was a challenge. The restaurant services could be improved. And the commodities in the room should be enhanced. The TV services was bad, I hardly watched TV.

I chose AC rooms but in the hotel there was no AC rooms, so booking.com betrayed my interest and overcharged me. The room was not having bright lights. The door of the room was broken too. Like someone have broken the door lock before .

No service or help during checkout. I was alone with my daughter and many luggage, but nobody came to assist in placing my luggage in the car on checkout. I had to struggle by myself.

While the rooms at this hotel were certainly spacious, the service, unfortunately, did not match the price point. We were particularly disappointed with the lack of wifi, bathroom falling apart mid-shower and in particular the breakfast experience. The buffet was inadequately stocked, and despite requesting specific breakfast items, we waited for over an hour with the impression that our food wasn't being prepared. To add to the frustration, we were rushed to finish our meal as we were told the airport shuttle was waiting, even though we had ample time. When the food finally arrived, it was not what we had ordered, and to top it off, we were asked to pay for a drink (considering the shoddy breakfast experience I would expect them to let it go). While I don't mind paying for a service, I expect that service to be provided and not begrudgingly.

I traveled with my family, and It was quite good to stay there, especially for families who are visiting Addis Abeba for an embassy interview. My checkout time was 12:00 noon but they let me stay there till 5 pm. Good service overall. Recommended from my side. They provide a shuttle service for pick and drop to the airport.

There is nothing which I actually disliked. It was very good and it met my expectations. I will doubtless stay at the Churchill Hotel next time I come to Addis Abba.

It is the second time I stay at this hotel as my previous stay had been in May 2019 and the hotel is always very good and the new reforms inside are really good and practical.

The hotel is very old. It need a lot of work inside in my room. The lock door lock was broken you can clearly see from outside who is inside the room and also the shower tub was broken. The shower was broken. There was so many things need to be a place in this hotel
