Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

UgandaThe room's bathroom and the toilet. The shower water shield isn't complete/closable. It therefore leaves the water to flash down on the bathroom floor while showering and the floor remains wet making it difficult to use the toilet/bathroom afternoon using it to take a shower.

The owner of the hotel and the chief of guest relations heard that I was tricked by a taxi driver and paid about 4 times of the usual price to get to the hotel. Without skipping a beat, they immediately tracked the driver down, made him come to the hotel and give me my money back!! Absolutely amazing! Very caring, very friendly! Wholly recommend! BTW, there is a free shuttle bus to the hotel, from the airport! I missed that detail, but make sure to take the shuttle! Also, there is a very yummi Indian restaurant right next to the hotel that delivers right to your room.

CanadaClean, good location, nice staff. Good customer service,room cleaning everyday. Breakfast was good. Good variety of food, waiters service excellent. Shuttle service very quickly. I forgot my suite case at the Airport and Driver help me a lot to pickup then I forget my backpack during departure, I called the hotel and Driver brought it back to me @the Airport right away. I will recommend this to my friends and social media contacts.
