Breakfast was quite limited and disappointing, also not really the hotel’s fault but I heard weird noises late at night and found a drunk naked lady sprawled outside my door :(

Great place with very nice staff, rooms were well designed, had hot water and pretty much everything I needed.

There were dogs barking outside the whole night and there was no air conditioner inside the room to help block off the noise. I barely slept 2 hours the whole night.

Modern, new apartment. Very spacious inside and well decorated. Apartment was clean and breakfast on the roof top was very pleasant. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

It’s a good and affordable place about 3km from the airport. There are also a few local bars in the area. The guest house and the environment is safe. All pathways can be accessed by vehicles. I loved my stay there so much that I added 1 extra night.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ecco Luxury Guest House and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service from the staff. Check-in was quick and easy. The room itself was spacious, modern, and meticulously clean. Every detail was taken care of, from the fresh linens to the spotless bathroom. It was clear that cleanliness was a top priority for the hotel, and I felt completely at ease throughout my stay. The service at Ecco Luxury Guest House was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met. Their professionalism and attention to detail were truly commendable. I also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel’s restaurant for breakfast and the food was absolutely delicious. They have also opened a refreshing juice bar inside the hotel, which is so convenient and the cherry on top of the cake! Overall, my stay at Ecco Luxury Guest House was nothing short of excellent. The combination of outstanding service, pristine cleanliness, and attention to detail made for a truly memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The guest house is on a narrow side street (not in a compound) and it wasn't always easy to explain to taxi drivers where to go - however the front desk staff were often on hand to help. The neighbourhood itself can be a little noisy, so recommend earplugs if you're a light sleeper. It would also be great if the hotel might find a reliable local taxi driver who could provide airport pick ups for a set fee.

Stayed at Ecco for 12 days for work, and found the convenience of the apartment set up ideal for a longer stay. The room was cleaned daily and was really comfortable, with wonderful hot showers and lots of space. At breakfast there was good fresh fruit and juice options, and most days I ordered an omelette from the bar. I regularly walked into Bole from the hotel, enjoying coffee at Dukamo, Kaldis, Karavan etc, and dinner at Kategna (all in walking distance). I also used the laundry service during my visit which was very efficient. The hotel felt secure, and the front desk staff were so nice and helpful! I would certainly stay again. Betam amesegenalo!

Ecco is placed in Bole, which is a great location to travel anywhere in Addis. The place is very clean. The room is cleaned every day. They have very helpful, welcoming and friendly staff. They provide breakfast every morning with different options, including kuanta firfir, omelette, etc. They also have habesha coffee. Thank you all for all the services and smile :). I would recommend this place, and I am definitely coming back!

There seems to be a communication issue with the staff and them relaying news to customers. The room I booked was not available but I was only told this when I arrived and they expected me to pay for the more expensive room even though I wasn't informed. After pushing back they eventually gave it to me with a discount and move me the next day. Then they said that we could stay in the room but then called us suddenly saying that they were going to love our stuff to the new room without us being there, in the end we stayed in the same room. Also, they took money from our account for an additional day for a "financial check" and return the money.

It was clean, staff were very professional and polite. The rooms where of a excellent standard for the price so value for money. Despite the things I didn't like I would still recommend the guest house to anyone.
