Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. I liked that my check in was seamless. I always send my reservation with my passport details and airport pick up in advance so that there are no delays in checking in. Similarly, my check out was smooth and shuttle service to the airport was on time. I also always get allocated my favourite floor and room preference.

BrazilThe hotel is in a busy street and I stayed during the end of Ramadan, so we had so many people blocking and closing the streets. Nothing related to the hotel, just be in mind that it's a busy area.
I had a good time in Addis. The hotel was good and had a good location. Many cafes and restaurants around to explore. It had a nice swimming pool and good breakfast. Food 24hrs available was a plus.

United KingdomRoom service can be slow and sometimes forgetting orders. Some parts of the hotel are due a refresh (Stayed in two executive suites at either end of trip - the first room needed painting, second suite much better). I think the swimming pool is used by non hotel children - which is great for them. But it would be good if there were specific hours for children hotel guests.
Staff going out of their way to help - booking taxis and giving advice. The executive suite is very comfortable and ideal for a small family. Laundry is very fast and efficient. Good traditional food. Room service is value for money.

United Arab Emirates- The swimming pool was closed for most of our stay. - Room had maintenance issues ranging from faulty balcony door locks (a major concern for me staying with a little child on the 15th floor) to no hot water in the bathrooms. All of the issues were repeatedly reported, but were not fixed during our 11 nights stay. - Quality of food left a lot to be desired.
- Hotel has a nice spa and the sauna was very good. - Staff are friendly and do their best with the resources they have.

We liked everything and would definitely come back again during our second stay in Ethiopia. This is one of the best hotels. Good value for the price. Friendly stuff. Really good breakfast options.
