I liked that my check in was seamless. I always send my reservation with my passport details and airport pick up in advance so that there are no delays in checking in. Similarly, my check out was smooth and shuttle service to the airport was on time. I also always get allocated my favourite floor and room preference.

Good choices at breakfast - omelette station, pastries, porridge, fruits & a lot of cake! Hot savoury African options Spas are single-sex and very well run, even late in the evening. Swimming pool is nice but very warm

That most of the rooms have no shataff in the wasrooms. Also there was some noise coming from nearby rooms or corridors not sure as like they were doing some maintenance. Hence they have to change me to another floor.

The property is clean and the staff was friendly. I like the sauna and Spa center.

The hotel is situated near the airport (shuttle provided on request) and is very consistent with the level of service provided. I've stayed at the hotel on several occasions and have always been reasonably pleased.

The hotel is in a busy street and I stayed during the end of Ramadan, so we had so many people blocking and closing the streets. Nothing related to the hotel, just be in mind that it's a busy area.

I had a good time in Addis. The hotel was good and had a good location. Many cafes and restaurants around to explore. It had a nice swimming pool and good breakfast. Food 24hrs available was a plus.

Room service can be slow and sometimes forgetting orders. Some parts of the hotel are due a refresh (Stayed in two executive suites at either end of trip - the first room needed painting, second suite much better). I think the swimming pool is used by non hotel children - which is great for them. But it would be good if there were specific hours for children hotel guests.

Staff going out of their way to help - booking taxis and giving advice. The executive suite is very comfortable and ideal for a small family. Laundry is very fast and efficient. Good traditional food. Room service is value for money.

- The swimming pool was closed for most of our stay. - Room had maintenance issues ranging from faulty balcony door locks (a major concern for me staying with a little child on the 15th floor) to no hot water in the bathrooms. All of the issues were repeatedly reported, but were not fixed during our 11 nights stay. - Quality of food left a lot to be desired.

- Hotel has a nice spa and the sauna was very good. - Staff are friendly and do their best with the resources they have.

The staff, the hotel, location were so exceptional. I was so satisfied in about over 10 days stay. I recommend Getfam Hotel to the first class choice for those travelling to Addis Ababa.

The organization was about messy. One morning they make my breakfast an issue which embarrassed me. Shower wasn’t working for two nights and I complained about it and the response was ow sorry that room is not working. Why they give me a room with out working bathroom?

If you didnt book breakfast with your stay it costs 30$ for 2 people, with booking only 10$. An offer would be great here :)

We liked everything and would definitely come back again during our second stay in Ethiopia. This is one of the best hotels. Good value for the price. Friendly stuff. Really good breakfast options.

Water pressure in bathroom is pathetic, I had to call maintenance regularly. Hot water is irregular also.
