A bit noisy especially early morning. I guess cleaners start too early around 5 o'clock or so to clean therefore making noise as they move their equipments around. Break was a bit poor. No fresh rolls, bread etc. No fruits, no beverages (apple, orange, pineapple etc juice /drink) on offer. I also had some intrusion from other guests, unlocking and entering my room at night. That was really scary and unexpected. But overall I had a good time there.

Goha (overall) is a good place to stay. The staffs are friendly and helpful. My room was always cleaned and well kept (bravo to the cleaners).

My reservation was for 16 nights. Checking in on October 13 and Chickening out October 29th. That was confirmed. But when I checked out I was charged for October 29th. Even though I checked out . I explained to the Hotel that I should not be charged for 29th. Please have them refund US $ 60.00 to my credit card. Thank you.

I almost missed my flight because the shuttle didn’t leave on time. I was in my room at dawn when another couple entered my room with the same card I was given. This is something ai will never understand. How on earth is it okay to give two people the same room. How unsafe is that.

This was the third time we stayed. This time the two ladies at the reception were very helpful and communicated very well (compared to the male receptionists we met in previous stay).

I just landed 🛬 in my country 🇬🇭, and I’m missing Goha Addis already. The place was always cleaned, with smiling staff.

Room had poor lighting and was a bit cold at night (it was winter time). No kettle/tea making facilities in room

Location safe and close to airport. Clean. Buffet breakfast included. A safe in the room. Quiet area. Guards are always available to let you in the gate if you come late/in the wee hours. Very comfortable bed. Free shuttle to/from airport on request. Room service available. One of the few places in Addis that has early check in time (I think you could check in from 9 or 10 am)

I wish they would set up their business center with computers to use. I needed a computer after I lost my laptop power cord. They have a room with signage stating "business center, but there is nothing in there and it is generally locked.

The hotel is an exceptional value. I cannot think of anything to criticize. The staff is great, as is the cleanliness and the size of rooms. I recommend this hotel to everyone. It strikes me as a very safe place for female tourist travelling alone.

The only challenge was the internet, which was in and out - apparently this is a government issue and not specific to the hotel.

Excellent value for money. The restaurant was good, with a delicious breakfast menu and Ethiopian food.

Some issues with bathroom water but resolved quickly. No bath tubs in bathroom. Price is probably on a little higher side.

Hotel staff was very very accommodating, caring and helpful. Location is also very convenient, its a secure area and near to airport. Hotel is very clean, newly built. Breakfast was great, totally worth every penny. Dropped us at the airport after checkout (free). Your belonging are completely safe here.

Sorry can’t comment much as I was very busy It would be nice to have a kettle n the room to heat up water for tea or coffee especially since I had to leave very early and got back very late. But the kitchen staff were very friendly and brought me hot water in the room

I always had to leave quite early for meetings so never had breakfast at the hotel. The room was tastefully decorated Staff really friendly and helpful
