The Halle Grand has class and you notice it and after very short time I felt like at home.

Some construction have been performed during the rain season but the management sent us a letter and provided free breakfast, and the nuisance was very limited

Outstanding hotel with a very comfortable room. The staff is extremely attentive.

I liked the spacious, modern design, and delicious food, attentive staff. This hotel offers so many wellness services and culinary experiences, but you have to ask to find out. It's probably one of the best places to stay in Addis; certainly the best I have:) Free airport shuttle:)

Even though the hotel appears to offer so many services and experiences, you wont find a digital catalogue or information brochure about them. It would have been nice to know what's available, at what times and price. I took away a point for the shower that didnt drain. The hotel's phone number on booking.com did not go through; luckily someone at the airport helped ask for the shuttle.

Although my stay included breakfast, I did not actually partake in it throughout my entire stay.

In the hotel’s schedule, staff come twice in the evening to check for missing or replacement items, etc. However, they have always knocked on my door at inconvenient times when I was sleeping or busy. I understand their good intentions, but perhaps it would be better to arrange this in advance or allow guests to request it beforehand. The evening visits are in addition to the regular cleaning service that takes place in the morning.

The property was very modern and up to date. The staff was very kind and the customer service was exceptional. I would definitly stay there again if i was in Ethiopia.

The hotel was really nice, rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is so friendly and helpful. We stayed for 2 nights and it's honestly been one of the best hotels I've stayed in Addis Ababa. I highly recommend.
