Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesThe spotty WiFi was VERY weak. I had to go out in the hall to get a good signal and other times just used my hotspot from my cell phone. The breakfast was very weak. The breakfast is something like 2 eggs and a toast with juice and coffee or tea. It's made fresh but not a full meal
The hotel is very clean, brand new rooms and bathrooms, nice hot showers and no weird smells. Felt like a bit of luxury! VERY NICE! The staff very friendly and helpful. The were very accommodating and even gave me choices for room and took their time to explain things. They speak good English and was able to help me delay a payment which was VERY nice and unexpected.

JapanDuring checkout, I was told that the amount I had already paid was incorrect, and I was asked to pay a second time. Although I protested, the issue was not resolved until the following morning, which left me feeling very unsettled. When I finally spoke with the manager, I was given the impression that whether I paid or not was up to me, but that not paying would make me look like the one at fault. In addition, there were frequent power outages during my stay, which was quite inconvenient, and the shower water was often not hot enough, which made it difficult to enjoy a proper shower.
