Staff were quick to assist with any enquiries or queries. Clean and neat. Bedding was luxurious and bed comfortable. Natural pressed juices were always available for breakfast. It is also 5 minutes away from the airport.

I have stayed at Jupiter Bole many times because of the location, the food and the quality and cleanliness of the facility. But this time, because of a family emergency the staff was even better than usual even tho they are always wonderful. I cannot thank them enough for the kindness and caring they showed me. Breakfast is great, everything you could want. Staff is excellent. I have stayed at Jupiter Bole many times and would not stay anywhere else. The location is right in central Bole district with stores and restaurants.

There is really no place to walk from here except up and down the Main Street. Although it is close to the airport, it is a bit far from the other attractions in town.

The hotel is fine, if a little old fashioned. The staff is pleasant.

The hotel has 24 hours front desk and concierge services. On top of that they have very polite and welcoming staff from managers to workers. Conveniently located 1 mile from Bole Airport and offers shuttle service to and from the airport. Free parking, free high speed WiFi which is rare to find in Addis. The restaurant have complimentary breakfast and having Chef Frehiwot and her crew makes it superb service. Because Chef Frehiwot go beyond extra mile to make our restaurant experience unforgettable. My family can’t thank you enough. Kudos to Chef Frehiwot. I highly recommend Jupiter international hotel bole for anyone visiting or stopping by Addis. Best, Teddy’s family

Electricty cuts that disturbs the Lift, which means we can use the stairs till the 5th floor. But the poor staff are carrying my heavy luggages from the 5th floor till the reception without lift. it just happened by coincidence with my departure but it's not always.

The overall is awesome ! Fantastic location nearby the Friendship mall and market. Cozy enviornmant. Staff are so friendly. When i arrived (early in the morning) they gave me a room - I didn't wait till check in time. They offered me a pack of coffee .. in the breakfast, the staff deal with my picky food style with a big smile in their mouths. In addition to the free pick up to the airport included in the offer. a wonderful experience.

The shower was too hot and hard to get just warm water. The shower head on the hand held wouldn't stay in the holder so was hard to use. Breakfast was very average and one morning I ordered a cheese omelette and it never arrived.

The location was great, could walk around to different things. Staff were so very helpful and friendly. Bed very comfortable and room clean. Bonus that the airport is so close and pick up provided.

The breakfast was good and very kind ladies serving. The hotel was far from my conference venue, so I would recommend now that there is another Jupiter Hotel branch to include that formation in oder to guide the customers when booking depending with their purposes in Addis. Thank you.

Arrived in the evening as predicted in the booking. One of two rooms ready. Manager did his best, but it took 45 minutes for the second room to be ready. Disappointing. Departure: Shuttle bus scheduled for 7.30 am. I was 20 minutes late. Very disappointing Breakfast. the pastries were old and stale
